Good but needs improvements
Love the product idea. This did much more than measure heart rate and sleep quality for me. I ve used it to manage my temper & emotions.Controling your heart rate and keeping it below a certain level guarantees you never get mad essentially and forces you to pace yourself when discussing with other people.WHY 4 STARS AND NOT 5?Accuracy appears to be somewhat poor. Possibly because I picked the large ring which is rather big, but the small one would be too small for me and cut blood circulation. In particular this is not very good at tracking fast heart rate (above 100-120) which occurs frequently during a workout and is important to track (eg i need to know if im at 120 or 160... but it seems it stays stuck in the low 100’s)Nov 2024 edit: 5 STARS AFTER ALL!-----------------------------------------First off, my original ring failed. I contacted the vendor and they sent me a replacement. That's an extra star for them (so 5 stars now). You don't see that from all/any vendor out there.I've kept using it every night. Biggest use case for me is whether I wake up often and what's causing issues in my night if anything. It also syncs with the health feature of the iphone (you have to Allow it - like any health data on iphone). Useful to track how my body responds to timezone changes. It also track your body temp and blood oxygenation. The latter sound fancy but I don't suffer from sleep apnea. That said, it does tend to dip below the red line they display when I am sick/unwell. But I'd know regardless given I feel terrible on these few days. Oddly, finger temp is very stable over any given night but can change by several from one night to another - not entirely sure what to do with that info.Heart rate measurement makes it clear also how the 3-3-3 breathing method (or I do 5-5-5-5; works quite well breath in for 5. hold 5. out 5. hold 5. in 5 etc...) to get your heart rate in check when waking up works often (not always).By far the most informative / actionable report is the Sleep Stage chart which shows REM/Light/Deep sleep phases. It's very clear when I mess with my slep: chart gets messy. When I manage sleep well, I have a neat first set of Deep sleep, followed progressively by a set of REM (sort of makes sense: body first, then mind). So I can tell when I cut my sleep too short, or possibly jetlag messed it up etc. Pretty intuitive once you listen to the youtube they point to or read the page on the app that explains it (haven't pushed the research any further - all i need for my day to day). Also can see the effect of different nutrition, alcohol, supplements (e.g. CBD) impacts my sleep patterns. Very useful for that.Accuracy-wise, it appear to be not bad at all for sleep tracking in that the measurements are consistent. I kept it large and pick a ticker finger when my hands are least swollen (e.g. it's cold, or I could be under-hydrated) or a smaller finger when my fingers are bigger.Bottom line: you're not gonna need it every night but I do use it every single night personally. On my wish list: ability to extract the data easily to analyze. It seems you can't bulk extract nor extract at all.

Ring very unpractical and uncomforable
This product worked ok, but was very uncomfortable to wear. Only ok to wear while sleeping. Very impractical. Also battery went dead fast. lastly charging was hard to do. You had to position the magnetic charger just right. The charging light hard to see as it is inside the ring.

works but does not hold a charge long
my sleep dr recommended this item, and although it provided a lot of good data the ring does not hold a charge long.

Needs longer lasting battery
I'm a figure skater and sometimes while doing our program HR is not picked up. Battery life could be longer. And sometimes have to tell it to record sleep patterns when I thought it did it automatically. Other then that love the compact size.

Bulky and cumbersome.
It's a lot more intrusive than it appears in the pictures. I felt like it was getting in the way of using my hand; the pad especially dug into the inside of my finger when I lifted heavy things. The app is clunky and not very user friendly. You have to tell it you're going to sleep, or it won't monitor and analyze your sleep. In fact you have to tell it you're starting an activity or it won't analyze anything at all.I sent it back. I wanted something to track my life, not something to control my life

Medical doctor review. Not returnable. Doesn't work as advertised.
I am a medical doctor. I was intrigued by the apparent simplicity and unobtrusivness of this product for both personal use and possibly for my patients.Despite the reviews, I gave it a shot.Without getting into too much technical detail, I will just say that I was surprised by both day and overnight values and patterns. They simply didn't add up medically.I have 2 other devices (one consumer grade and 1 medical grade) and brought another one home from work. I compared the 4 devices against each other across various times and over a 2 week period. All mfg instructions were carefully followed and for the ring, multiple fingers were used.Bottom line: the 3 other devices show a high degree of internal consistency and the patterns of variability matched other physiologic parameters appropriately. This device showed striking inaccuracies more than 40% of the time. These types of inaccuracies and their degree could EASILY lead a personal physician to be alarmed and to order unnecessary testing and consultation. Pulmonary function testing, sleep studies, echocardiograms and the like are expensive. With all testing comes the risk of false positive results leading to further testing. Testing in these situations is not free of risk of harm. After a general 'customer with an issue' email, in subsequent mails (2) I expressed my concerns and offered my assistance and data to the company (for free). After an initial reply to my first general email, requesting my contact information (in retrospect probably automated), my communications were ignored.Again, this device is NOT RETURNABLE and is so willfully inaccurate that we are looking into which agency and process to use to report it.The company does not respond.

Slim design. Report includes entire cycle.
Like slim design. Sweet!Major benefits include:-Report records entire session (vs Wellvue O2 ring only records a short percentage history)-Long charge duration-You can set app for vibration &/or audio alarm for low readingI don't like having to look at cell app for o2 readings.
