excellent anti-inflammatory supplement
This works great for anyone who has a frozen shoulder. It's as good as taking ibuprofen, but lasts all day. Just remember to stop taking it if you feel like you are coming down with the flu, because it will make your flu worse (this goes for all omega-3 supplements, because the inflammatory response is central to the body's fight against the flu).

I recently switched to this product from krill oil as an additional omega 3 source for my cat's home made diet.They have taken to it right away.I like the potency and capsule size. It is very easy to get the content out of the capsule after soaking it in a bit of water for a couple of minutes.Also makes me very happy in terms of sustainability compared to krill oil. I will keep buying this.
