Model says this is an INFRAY Hand Warmer model, but box sounds ‘generic.’Well packaged in pull out box. Made in China product. Appreciate the small blue cloth bagfor carrying the hand warmer. Too bad did not match PINK color of Hand Warmer.Also arrived with a 2nd USB Jack with 'male' & 'female' ends; xtra jack a differentsize. But Hmmm…Dilemma with HANDWARMER charger connectors for recharging phones.None of the 3 FIT an I phone XR size charging opening -- neither end.And my own I phone cable did not fit slot on Hand warmer. Am I missing something?But on this hand warmer, maybe manufacture meant RECHARGABLE ONLYfor the hand warmer? That does work just fine!But VERY HELPFUL (as another Hand Warmer DID NOT provide extra USB jack)Instructions arrived in 6 languages, but such small print most people,but especially seniors could NOT read without magnifying glass.Instructions bit unclear as usual reference how to initially charge for first time,but assumed plug it in till all blue lights show up.Temp bumps in Farenhite which Americans understand better than Centigrade.Pink INFRAY model charges up in about 3 hrs. On level one goes to warm quickly,as do ‘bumps’ up to next levels. A total of 3 levels indicated by light panel on front.No readout panel tho.This INFRAY model is useful inside a home to warm hands when using laptop or remote.Outdoors easily fits within a pocket to be taken out for golf or sports.Nice accessory for kids coaches or soccer moms or dads watching kids from sidelines,Like I said before, even in Texas it gets colder than an oil well diggers …you know…HANDS. So even tho this model is Lady-Like PINK -ish…REAL MEN need to keep their pinkies WARM too! So give it a try!

This a wonderful handwarmer...It has many great features... it can be used as hand warmer and a power bank.. that's so cool!!It has three different modes to put the heat on... 1 light is the hottest, 2 is medium hot and the 3 is the warmest..It is around 2 to 3 hours charging... Not bad at all given the fact that you can use it for a lot longer than that...It is very easy to hold, and not that heavy at all, feels very comfortable around your hand, and does a great job warming them... It can warm your other body parts as well like your toes and nose and ears etc...It is type c usb charging...it comes with a small cute pouch to keep the warmer in..It also has a usb c to usb converter...It looks very nice...This is a amazing product!!this is your way to finally stop your hands from being cold!!overall it's a great product and I recommend...

This is a great little gadget. My hands are consistently cold once the temperature is under 72 degrees. This has been a life saver. It fits perfectly between my hands and I love putting it in my pocket. I’m going to get a second one for the other pocket. My only complaint is that it doesn’t hold a charge very long. Otherwise I recommend it.

Nice hand warmer. Does not take too long to heat up. settings easy to use. I prefer to have little grooves for the fingers like my old one had.

This is wonderful hand warmer. I just discovered hand warmers and I am in love! As someone who walks dogs two to three times per day, I know cold hands. I love having this warmer in my pocket so I can reach in and bring my frozen fingers back to life. We have had some cold mornings lately and this has been a life saver. The unit fits my hand perfectly and is smooth and comfortable to hold. It gets warm enough to penetrate through your gloves. Charging is a breeze. I keep it in my purse and even use it to warm my hands at work. One charge lasts at least four hours. Love it!!!

I charged this hand warmer and turned it on the low setting at 9:30 pm. I threw it under a pillow to simulate having it in the pocket of a down jacket. I was sure it would die during the night but not so. It is now 12:30 pm , 15 hours later, and the darn light is still lit and it is warm. I have only to compare it with a Jialexin hand warmer which I could only get 4 to 8 hours on the low setting. This unit cycles on and off which I assume is the key to it's longevity. I need the warmer for daily winter dog walks and skiing and having one that lasts through the outing is important. This unit is far superior to the Jialexin warmer and I would highly recommend it.

This little hand warmer is great! It fits smoothly and very comfortably right into the palm of your hand or your pocket to keep your hands warm. It has 3 temperature levels, but so far I’ve only used the lowest level and it has been fine. It goes through a continuous cycle of heating for about 45 seconds, then slowly cooling for about 2 minutes before warming again. It’s supposed to run 4-8 hours on a single charge (USB charging cord included, but you’ll have to provide your own plug), but I was able to get 9 hours out of it on low after its initial full charge. The smooth shape also makes it ideal for tucking behind a sore back or anywhere else needing some therapeutic heat. And I didn’t realize this when I ordered it, but it also doubles as a power bank for your phone, although you’ll need to provide your own USB to Lightning chord to charge an iPhone

This is a nice hand warmer that heats up fast and fairly hot. With hands in pockets with the warmer set on low, it gets fairly hot to the point I have to move it around or take my hands out periodically.The hand warmer comes with a small charging cable and the USB C to A adapter that allows you to use this to charge another device similar to a power bank.The battery is only 5200mAh, so it might charge most modern phones completely, unless you have used the heating function, which will also drain the battery.I would use this for the hand-warmer feature, and maybe as an emergency phone power backup.
