- Richer, thicker and more intense than our Classic balsamic. Traditionally matured in oak barrels in Modena, Italy
- Drizzle over salad, fish, meat, vegetables, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, strawberries, ice cream… just about anything!
- The Reserve is made from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes grown on the Verrini family estate in Modena, northern Italy.
- Grapes are gently simmered over a flame into a must which is then mixed with quality wine vinegar before maturing in oak barrels.
