A fantastic selection of great tasting recipes using quality organic ingredients.Okay, so like me, you may not be sold on the whole organic idea, but with a little tweak here and there these recipes are simply delicious. Clean flavours with some imaginative twists make this book a must have companion to any ice cream machine.

Some recipes that I wanted but didn't have, and a few techniques I sought. Absolutely filled the bill for my library.
