Set up was pretty simple: plug the power cable into a standard USB-A power adapter and the other USB-C end into the device. Long press the power button to energize it and the Bluetooth button will begin flashing.On your Windows computer, open Settings, then Devices, then Bluetooth, click "Add a Bluetooth or other Device" and click "Bluetooth." The AJ-X1 BM_Series speaker showed up and when clicked on, it immediately paired and connected.For your phone, open Settings, Connections, Bluetooth and pair.Your computer and phone will remember the pairing, so when the Bluetooth light flashes when you next turn it on, simply find the AJ-X1 BM_Series_speaker in your paired device and connect. The BM_Series_speaker doesn't auto connect each time it's powered on, which makes sense, since you may want to connect it to something else next time you turn it on.

First off, if your main interest is audio quality; what you sound like on phone calls / zooms etc, a corded headset is best (or a USB etc actual microphone, even a cheap one). ANY speakerphone will be a step down, and if you run bluetooth, it's another step down. No matter what models you buy etc. All that said, "this is a good unit", it does sound better running the (4 conductor) wired 3.5mm cable (not supplied), it's actually a very good unit "for what this is", doing quite a bit of testing I went back to a wired headset. For my needs, "that extra bit of audio quality" is what mattered. But this is a good solid unit, with all the above taken into account.

I got this hearing aid for my Dad. He was very against hearing them before. However the hearing aid looks very similar to a regular Bluetooth earbud. No one can tell when he’s wearing hearing aid. He was very happy with the design. We normally have to say the sentence twice before he responds back. Now he can finally hear us without asking us to repeat what we just said. I am glad my Dad gets his hearing back.

I love this speaker phone, so easy to use and sound quality is excellent. I'll never go back to a headset ever again! Also a great value and high quality for this price point

The media could not be loaded.  I originally purchased the Anyjoinn Speakerphone as a means to improve the sound quality of phone calls for my wife. She has had some hearing loss and was prescribed hearing aids last year. While at home she rarely will wear her hearing aids. I thought something like this might help. After receiving the Anyjoinn unit I was surprised how heavy it felt. Definitely a quality build. The unit comes with a USB2 to USB C charging cable. You must supply your own charger, but that is not an issue for us and probably most anyone these days.After charging the unit we decided to try it by first linking one of our cell phones through Bluetooth to the unit. The unit will give a voice prompt telling you when the unit is successfully linked. We made a test call and were immediately impressed. Compared to using the Cell phone; even the speaker phone of the Cell phone, this unit takes you to a completely different sound quality level. You can set the volume to a very comfortable range that can be heard anywhere in the room, also the depth and tone of the voice is much richer and clearer than anything we had ever heard using the cell phone directly. Even with my wife’s hearing lose, and myself at 65 years of age, who also has far from perfect hearing, the call was much clearer and easier to understand. Simply to call this a Bluetooth speaker phone is really missing how helpful this can be for many people with partial hearing lose.While we purchased this thinking it could only be used as a speaker phone, we quickly realized it is really a much more capable device. I have hooked it up using the USB cable to both my Windows 10 Laptop and Desktop to have it automatically recognized as a speaker and microphone device.On my Amazon Fire Tablet, I am able to link this through Bluetooth and well as with a 3.5mm AUX cable.In short, this device can be linked or attached to many devices in several different ways to supply a simple, portable high-quality speaker and mic. We are very happy with the Anyjoinn Speakerphone device, it has far exceeded our original expectations.

The quality of the sound is great, you could also control the sound very easily.Also you can answer and hang up the phone with a button on the speaker and it's really good for phone calls.It has a great look and it fits in very nicely into my office.It has a mute button which is also very useful

Incoming sound was clear. My outgoing sound was also clear. (I asked multiple people.)No problem over bluetooth (both iPhone and Win10 Enterprise paired and worked flawlessly). Wired through my USB hub also flawless.No longer will I need to speak extra loud to make sure people can hear me! In addition, the size and shape makes it very convenient to take it everywhere.
