My wife pointed this jacked out to me when I needed a winter jacket for an unusually rainy season. We also had some weeks with temperatures in the low 40s F (~4 C). This jacket was rather inexpensive and I was surprised at all the great reviews but took a shot figuring I might end up returning it. But, this is a very competent jacket that I actually very much like! It looks great and it is indeed warm and handled the rain as well. It's relatively light weight for what it is. It's a bargain but not one of those cheap jackets that are shoddily made. It's a solid performing winter jacket at a more than reasonable price. I'm not saying there aren't better winter jackets out there - there probably are. But on a 1 to 10 scale, I'd say this is an '8' jacket at a '4' price.

For a coat this warm, comfortable, and waterproof, not to mention fairly stylish in appearance and design, I was amazed at the value I received for about $32. Yes, it is made from purely synthetic material in China, but there's nothing wrong with it and comparable coats from brand names would easily sell for five times as much.The weight is significant although by no means objectionable, but that will not be a problem unless you're engaging in an activity where this is a critical issue, such as woodland hiking or cross-country skiing, and that simply is not the market for this coat.

For the price this is a really good jacket, not sure how warm it will be if temps drop to single digits or below 0. I'm 5'9 and hover around 210, I bought a X-Large and it seems just a little too big. But overall the materials seem good, the fleece is soft, its decently warm, a really good jacket for the price, would recommend and would buy again 5/5

I looked at so many jackets trying to decide on one for my husband. I'm so happy with this one. (So is my husband). Seriously great value for the price. Lots of pockets and nice and warm.

This coat is better than expected. It's made like rain gear with water shed material and zipper. Plus very warm. I definitely would rate this a 5 star.
