Sleep Factory Ltd Plush Velvet Divan Bed Set with Orthopaedic Mattress,Headboard and 2 Free Bed Drawers, 6FT Super Kingsize (180cm by 200cm)

The bed was reasonably easy to assemble but elderly or less able bodied people would require assistance. I ordered the bed as my partner was about to be released from hospital following a spinal operation. Her release was quick and unexpected so I needed a bed ASAP. She would not be able to use the low futon we had. I bought this one for the delivery time (2 days) and high star rating. It was also very reasonable price. My partner did not have high hopes. I also have ongoing back issues so I was a little unsure how it would be. Well, we both had a wonderful nights sleep. Very comfortable indeed. Dont get me wrong you can see where they saved money on production. The headboard fixing is a little flimsy, the material on the headboard is stapled at the back.. Yes it hasnt been hand sewn by a team of experts. But it is perfectly useable and from the front looks absolutely fine. We are incredibly pleased with it.

I am in love with this bed, I sleep like an absolute baby every night, its comfy and it looks great. Now I was pretty skeptical when I bought this as it was only £240 but I really couldn't afford much more than that and I was definitely pleasantly surprised when it came. :)This bed would have received 5 stars from me but unfortunately one of the drawers was damaged beyond use and the plastic clips to hold the bed together, utterly useless... after staring at them for 5 minutes I completely gave up on where to put them and how they were meant to hold the bed together. I did, however, email the seller about the drawer and they were extremely wonderful and sent me a replacement without hesitation.The drawers as a whole seem okay, not very sturdy as the bases are pretty flimsy but will work perfectly fine for bedding and underwear.Overall, brilliant value money and would buy from the seller again! :) :) :)

Bed is very nice a little dusty on the packaging base fitted together very nicely and didn't take long at all my son put it all together for me as I'm disabled headboard went on perfect the only thing I will say is that I wasn't expecting the mattress to be vacume packed and was under the impression you can turn the mattress over as well as rotate it's pretty comfy and sturdy was expecting it to be a bit more firmer but on the whole I've had good night's sleep so far the one thing I Realy don't like is that you can hear the springs going when you turn over that's Realy gripping me I hate to hear this disappointing tbh and the fact the mattress in the picture looks nothing like wat you get I will see how I go with the mattress and if need be I may have to buy one that is more solid no noise and one I can actually turn over

I won't be buying this bed again, it's very poor and really cheaply made!! It's so bad that I only open the draw for the first time and one of the sides ripped off! And I dare not try the other side incase that one falls off, as the draw is made of thin plastic with a couple of staples and 1 screw holding the front on.... The delivery of it as well was even worse! I booked it in for Friday to find out later that day it was rearranged for Saturday! So I waited in and looked at the tracker and it clearly shown the driver was only half a mile away and we was next for delivery, so I called my mother at 13:00 to say the bed will be there shortly, but after 20 mins of waiting I checked to see where he was and he ended up being over 15 miles away in a totally different location! So another 20 mins later, I checked again and this time he was in Cardiff which is 25+ miles from me! Then I received notification to say he attempted delivery at 13:36!! Which complete nonsense. How he travel to one location then to another which is further away again then get back to me in 36mins! It's impossible!!! Not even someone on an empty road with a lambo could do it in that time!! So he's pulled a fast one there and my mother is disabled so she was desperate that bed because she's been sleeping in a recliner chair for months. I also noticed the bed had dirty marks over it and I had to hammer the wheels into place because you couldn't push them down, and it was also missing a bolt for the headboard. So needless to say I won't be buying this bed again

Omg - this is easily the most comfortable bed we have ever had! We substituted the headboard for one we already had, so cannot comment on the one supplied, but the bed went together easily and the mattress is just perfect - comfortable, supportive, and a luxury feel with the touch of memory foam in the top layer. We left the mattress to fully rest for 24 hrs before using it (it comes vacuum sealed into a square box) but it was well worth the wait. Wish we’d bought it sooner!

For what you pay, this is probably a 4 star product - looks good, easy to assemble and the mattress is fairly comfortable given its firmness. The headboard is attractive as well.Unfortunately two of the castors would not fit in without drilling around the sockets, and the fabric around the base is thin and so feels a bit cheap.

Absolutely excellent value for money bed. Mattress is great quality for price - most cheaper beds seem to come with awful rolled memory foam mattresses - this one is deep and firm! There are a couple of slight marks and one tiny hole to fabric but luckily these are all in positions you cannot see and could have been done when we tried to jam the kingsize up my curved stairs! Delivery was originally given for 2 days after the estimated dates by Amazon but I emailed seller and they arranged it for a day earlier so only 1 day after estimate (around 5 days after ordering) and I was emailed the day before with a time slot which they kept to. Lovely delivery drivers too. For anyone else struggling with how to use the clips (please include instructions!) we slid them under the black material to connect the two halves together and that seems to have done the job!
