Perfect
I was having some difficulty trying to tram my 65mm Makita router to my CNC table. I decided to give this tool a shot. I installed it in the router and calibrated both gauges to the same zero. A little bit of pulling and a couple pieces of brass shim stock and I was ready to go. It’s not an easy fix but the tool makes it easier to complete. Being able to see the actual values definitely helps. I was so happy that I got my machine properly setup that I threw the included stickers on my enclosure.

Useful shop addition
I use this gauge to tram my Sherline mini-mill after milling with the angle-plate raised. Quick and easy to use. Requires a Sherline 1/4” collet to mount on the mill.
