It's a nice plastic bowl. Nothing heavy duty but not bad for the price. They send varied colors, you don't get to pick . I didn't realize that till it was to late. I was wanting blue but I got red. My fault I didn't read thoroughly

Huge bowl. Perfect for what I need it for (washing bottle and pump parts). Might be a little flimsy if you are using it as a mixing bowl.

I bought this as a replacement for an almost identical bowl I'd had for years. I cracked the bottom of my old bowl when I neglected to exercise proper caution while using an immersion blender to mix ingredients within that should have been done in a more sturdy, purpose-built mixing bowl. I bought three of these so I would have a couple of spares since they are low cost and because there is no choosing a color. I played the odds that at least one would be the beautiful blue color shown in their product pictures, just like my old one, and I "won". The only thing more I could want would be to allow buyers to choose a specific color, otherwise this is a great value for such a very large and handy bowl.Edited to update: I've broken one of my replacements but, the other two are going strong. Sadly, it seems they're getting close to double the six bux and change I got mine for and they aren't offering the royal blue color currently.

Beware! These are identical to the cheap plastic salad/serving bowls that cost $2 @ dollar store or kmart. It is NOT A SET OF 3. IT IS A SINGLE BOWL and you do not get to order the color you want. I bought this expecting the bowls to be flimsy (I only need them for food prep) so that was ok but the value is totally overblown. I thought there were 3 bowls (a set) for what I paid. The Amazon entry shows 3 bowls in several places but the written description uses the singular and does not state how many bowls you will get for the price. If you don't mind paying 4 times what these bowls are worth you should do fine. Just don't expect to use it for cooking.

Originally, I bought this kind of bowl in Virginia years ago, and when it finally succumbed after 15 years, I was sad. This bowl is great - big, sturdy, yet light and easy to clean. I got a blue one - same color as before. It also makes for a good cover when you bake a 9-inch cake and want to leave it out to cool.

These bowls are great for large salads or popcorn but they are definitely not sturdy. I would not recommend putting a large amount of heavy type foods (ie. mashed potatoes, casserole, etc.) in these bowls. I hesitate to put them in the microwave or dishwasher because I fear they may melt. The colors and the size are great though.

I needed a trash bowl for when I cook. I got tired of going back and forth to the trash can every two seconds and this bowl has really helped me speed up my cooking and prep time. I don't have to run to the trash can or to the sink if I need to empty out a can of beans. It all fits into this really deep bowl. It also has made leaning up go so much faster!The only downside is that this doesn't fit well into my dishwasher but some hot water and a bit of soap and it's clean.

Using it for knitting basket, could be bigger

This bowl is a flimsy piece of garbage and is WAY overpriced considering the poor quality. Same size and quality can be purchased at Dollar store for a buck or two.
