Great for flat feet. My husband has one flat foot and finds it causes him back aches and ankle pain, I bought him these to see if it helped and it did! They give his foot an arch again, taking pressure off his ankle and aligning his back better. He felt the improvement on the first day. Since then we have bought several more pairs to put in all his shoes so he's not constantly swapping the one pair over.The insoles can easily be cut to size using the guide lines on the underneath of the sole. They are made from a foam like material that is soft and flexible but the arch area is firmer to stop it compressing. There is material on the top to stop additional sweating.

I use mine in all brand of shoes. From DC trainers to dolly shoes from matalan kid section to platform boots. All fit insoles perfectly and can't wear most of my shoes now without them! I wear size 3.5-4 I'm 4ft 9 and a half. And have very petite feet with almost no arch. These work well to help me fill out some width if my foot is too thin and helps cushions new shoes so I don't have to worry if they'll be too hard. Had last pair since August 2020 the only thing I will say is there's a fabric layer that shifts after a while but it peels off when already started shifting and doesn't change the comfortPhotos above are all the types of shoes I wear these with:)

My husband treats his footwear very badly and pushes down the heels. He is also becoming rather flat footed. So when the inner soles of his everyday trainers needed replacing, I took the opportunity to buy orthotics. They were easy to trim to fit and so far so good - no complaints about comfort and some improvement in his arches. I feel they are rather soft, though, so may not last long. However, excellent to introduce the idea of orthotic support to him.

I use insoles in most of my footwear to give them a better fit and more support for my feet as I walk a lot. For me, these are every bit as good as the ones that cost 6 times the price. They don't look or feel cheaply made, the arch support fits exactly right for me and I was fortunate in that the size was also right for me (I didn't have to cut them). I don't have any particular problems with my feet (plantar fasciitis or anything) so I can't comment on whether or not they help with that. I bought several more pairs so I don't have to keep moving them every time I change boots/shoes and also bought a couple of pairs for my husband. I couldn't have done that if they weren't so cheap. If you are not sure, I think they are worth a punt as you could always return them if they really don't work for you.

They are ok...i don't think the price is particularly good, should be lower in truth,...production costs would be about 50 pence...max...they seem to do the job....and they are not too uncomfortable , even after prolonged periods...

Fit without needing to be cut, perfect, supportive, comfortable, good price, tooSeveral weeks later and still going strong.

Advertised as UK 11-13,so purchased as I'm uk 13 however on receiving my pair I tried them out. Found them way to short.. And even shorter than uk 12.5 in sole I have. Stay clear us you are 11...disappointing
