Excellent purchase
I bought this camera to enable me to Skype with my family via the TV, as Microsoft has stopped supporting Skype for TV. The camera is an excellent quality item, and setup was very easy using the quick setup guide. I've now used it a couple of times, and the picture quality and reception were both very good. The microphone is also sensitive enough to pick up speech from the comfort of your armchair. The only downside is that there is no user manual with it, so advanced settings take a bit of working out. I contacted EasyPeasyStore, who were very helpful, and contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to answer a couple of questions. Apart from that slight drawback, I would not hesitate to recommend this camera if you want to Skype through your TV

Mixed Signals...
The hardware is pretty decent, it is well built, a decent CPU and the camera is arguably better than most other Android TV cameras. The only down side to this is the poor implementation of Android whereby the keyboard fails to register key presses, turning off the device or installing updates loses all the settings and having to enter Skype login details every single time is causing issues (compounded by that on screen keyboard!).At least the software IS fixable, I am hoping that there will be updates to fix these issues soon, otherwise it is almost unusable as is, as such I'm giving it 3 stars.

Dreadful.
This is not a mini PC, it is a phone you attach to your telly. Didn't sit right on my TV, I had to sellotape it to the top, so if you have a slim TV it is not suitable for you. Picture quality was similar to a £5 webcam i bought 10 years ago, sound was no good and user interface was appalling, not sure which old version of android it uses but navigating is painful and entering text using the remote was even worse. Only out of the box 20 mins and I was packing it away again. Don't waste money on this - buy an actual mini PC, get a cheap webcam, it will cost you the same and be much more useful.

Good Looking product but Skype accompanied with back ground crackles on transmission side
We bought 2 units within a short space of time. The product is very well built and easy to install. This is where the applause end, as when we installed and made our test calls using Skype, the destination side hears background crackling noise. The receving side is perfect. We contacted seller and they prompty asked about the issues and said they would resolve problem once manufacturer responds.Weeks have now passed and nothing heard from seller. So, await news alternatively will be sending units back for refund.

New Android Webcam Mini PC HDMI Internet Skype Camera Media
This is an excellent item. We purchased it mainly to keep in touch with relatives and friends, and without wishing to purchase a new TV with this facility inbuilt, but it is also easy to use to access the internet etc. My husband found it easy to set up and it is simple to use. It gives an excellent picture and very good sound quality. Would certainly recommend this to others and feel it was excellent value for money.

Poor Skype picture but otherwise decent, if expensive in light of alternatives
Good product let down by the fact that the video camera has no manual light adjustment functionality. The auto adjustment produced a very red picture with indoor lights to an extent that made it unusable. Since we only bought it to be able to Skype as a family, this meant the product failed in it's primary purpose. It also rendered the other party's skype picture in a very zoomed in way, so all in all wasn't usable. If you just want to run adroid on your TV, this will do the job, although post buying it we realised that is a whole category of android set top tv boxes that are significantly cheaper and do the same thing.
