I bought this after reading the reviews & learning more about it. The first time I took it, I tried a little bit but got a major headache but didn't get discouraged by it so I decided to double my intake the next day & washed it down with room temperature water. It has this fresh ground, bitter twig followed by a somewhat bitter nut after taste.It's not that bad once you get used to, if you like that bark chewing taste.I do fall in a deeper sleep & before I used to dream a lot of mumbo jumbo that didn't make sense & couldn't remember it.Now after this.... I still dream a lot of mumbo jumbo that makes no sense but it's all in high definition it's better than cable. The colors & even the sounds have improved.I do wake up more alert & less groggy.Very good stuff it has even helped clear up some sinuses issues I have & when I don't take it I get all congested again, just for that? It's worth taking.

I purchased this when I was having difficulty sleeping. I dink a cup of tea each night and sleep peacefully. I awakened in the morning refreshed! I highly recommend this product.

If you fart and it has unpleasant smell, drink it will be good for you. lol 😂

Does exactly what it's supposed to do!

My biggest complaint is the taste. And because I can't mix in my hot beverages (it ruins the flavor and makes coffee, tea, etc taste dusty.) For this reason I haven't used it and have not noticed any health benefits or side effects

Unfortunately I’m not seeing as much benefit as i was seeing with another product. I’m talking 4X the amount. Just trying to get through it
