EXTREMELY EXCELLENT & GREAT DESCRIPTION & PRESENTATION OF THIS BOOK

Good book

I have attended a few Excel sessions with Dr. Gottlieb and when I heard he has a new book I had to read it. His lectures are great and so are his books. If you are an Excel user of any level this book is for you.The three parts of the book are exactly what any Excel user should master. The book has hundreds of screenshots that make the book very easy to follow. These are the three parts:The first part is a comprehensive guide of Excel charts. It starts with simple charts and continues to cover all Excel charts; when, where and how to use them. The advanced features about the charts are how to animate them and also how to add pictures to the charts making them your personal charts.The second part of the book is a complete review of PivotTables and PivotCharts. All you wanted to know about PivotTables is there. The last chapter of this part is coaching you to combine a number of PivotTables and charts reports yielding professional dashboards. The dashboards make your spreadsheet into a meaningful storytelling report.The last part of the book covers Excel’s analytic tools for decision making and how to use the Statistical Analysis Add-In. I called this feature statistics for non-statistician.

This is one of the better Excel guides that I have seen. There is plenty of pictures that will help make sure that you are in the right spot (and aren't spending several minutes trying to figure out where it's at). Excel can do a lot of things and this book will help you unlock the powers that are built into Excel. I think most people would be impressed with what excel can do in seconds.
