There are several other options for value, but this makes a nicer giftable version. Color is lovely

It may seem a bit pricey but if you added up all the lighters that you discard after running out of lighter fluid, this is a great value, as you can charge it. We’ve used it to light wood in the fireplace and candles so far, and it is so easy to use. I find it hard to use the regular lighters where you have to press a lever with your thumb at the same time you pull the trigger with your finger and hope that it will light. So many of those in the landfill so I’m glad to find one that is more sustainable. This one uses a little current and lights immediately (which would come in handy for lighting birthday candles). It was, by far, “my” favorite gift I bought my husband (me) this Christmas! (I bought a second one in blue!)

I bought this for my mom as kind of a "wow that looks cool, let's try it out" Christmas gift. Expectations were exceeded. This thing is like a micro taser. Definitely worth getting for the price if you're curious. It'll ignite candle wicks, fuses, paper, and small pieces of wood (like a match stick). Really anything that can fit in between the two little probes that the electrical arc passes through. I have not attempted to shock myself or anyone else, but I'd imagine it would hurt and probably leave a little burn mark. I definitely would not give it to a small child to play with, but there's definitely an argument to be had over if this is safer than a regular butane lighter.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this chargeable lighter and I also love that it has a flash light on the bottom of it. I use this lighter to light my candles.

Wasn't sure how this technology works but love it now. I will be purchasing as house warming gift for my clients

LED light wasn't exactly what I thought but then again I didn't research. It's bright but not like a mini Maglite beam of light. That'd have been a better feature. It's more like a light that'd shine on a keyhole.The flameless lighter is super cool. Charges easily, cord is a little, short USB charger. Old android style port. I lit an incense to try it out. Not a fire 🔥, but did do the job. I think this would be perfect for candles or cigarettes.
