Q: Are these fuzzy on the inside or no?

These are great slippers....throw them in the washer the air dry. The insides are not "fuzzy" but they are soft with a "felt" feel to them. Very comfortable and soft.

Q: I wear a size 9. I'm worried if I get 8-9 they might fit small. Are they true to size?

I also wear a size 9 and the 8.5-9.5 was too short. My big toe was pushing at the end of the slipper.

I bought the 8.5-9.5 size because I wear a size 9. I can feel the 1/2 size difference near the toes, however, the shoes fit my ankle and I can wear them as slides. So to really answer your question… it can go either way. It’s worth a shot to try.
