False advertising. Nowhere close to the stated size of 18,000mAh.
Charged the unit to 100%. Drained it to 90% while adding a 20% charge to a 3,000mAh phone. You do the math.I have another jump starter also rated at 18,000mAh. It only drains 3% while adding a 20% charge to the 3,000mAh phone..

So far it has worked on charging items. Now waiting for winter to see if it works doing a jump.

Doesn’t work
Not powerful enough to start my 2010 impala yet me cheaper Walmart bigger one was able to no problem but this is too weak. I’d strongly recommend paying extra to get one that is t a paperweight - I tested this on 3 other vehicles; a ford ranger & a 2000 Sebring convertible - the old cheaper Walmart one worked perfect this one did literally nothing despite trying several different ways & options. Maybe it jumpstarts RC cars or small lawn mowers but it doesn’t start cars or small pickups & I missed the return windowHope you do t get stuck with it like me. It won’t work when you need it to- unless I’m unique but I doubt it. Not happy at all waste of hard earned money down the toilet ugh
