I like the packaging of this product, it’s very Eco friendly. The capsule is as described so easy to swallow. There is no flavour, as it should be. Very effective at calming nerves and much kinder on the digestive system than St John’s Wort.

This bottle of Organic Passion Flower contains 180 capsules, which is enough for a massive 3 months supply as you only have to take 2 capsules per day.Each capsule is composed of 550mg of organic passionflower extract and does contain any chemicals or artificial ingredients. The box has a lot of printed material on it in various languages including English. But you’ll see a majority of labels printed in German since this product is manufactured in Germany. Good thing the product description on the site is in English.Inside the box was a quite large and pretty amber glass recyclable bottle wrapped in a non-recyclable plastic protective mesh. The glass container was of high quality, and the presentation looks premium and of good quality supplement.As we know, Passion Flower is used by many for anxiety, like anxiety before surgery. Some people also take passion flowers for insomnia, stress, ADHD, pain, and many other conditions. It is also used for its calming and stress-regulating effect, thus relaxing your mind, and body and providing improved sleep.It can have some mild side effects, and in my opinion, you should consult a doctor before taking this.To sum up, it is a premium quality supplement, evident from the ingredient`s purity and presentation. It is only hard to tell how well it works, but I like how environmentally friendly this supplement is.

I really like this product and it is just what I needed and great quality. The only downside, is that on two occasions now, the seal (that is supposed to show a product is new and unused) was not intact when I received it, it was half on and half off, not properly sealed. I decided to keep them in the end, although I considered returning them, as the product was still intact and there was no spoiling. I really wish they could put a better seal onto these as then it would be a perfect product.

I only tried Passion flower extract as part of a sleep-supporting complex, but never on its own. It is renowned for its sleep-inducing and anxiety-reducing effects. I have purchased many products throughout time, some for my mum. I recently got the Ginko Biloba & Ginseng and the Reishi mushroom supplements. I truly appreciate the company`s approach to health, the environment, and ingredient sourcing. Because my sleep is fragmented and I do not get adequate rest, I take specific amino acids and supplements before bedtime, such as L-serine, magnesium L-threonate, and 5-HTP. I added the two Passion flower capsules to the blend and took all of them an hour before bedtime. Whether it is the effect of the Passion flower or the synergy created between all ingredients, lately, I have been waking up exactly five or six hours after falling deeply asleep, and after the toilet, I can fall back asleep. The only negative is that those two hours do not provide me with rest; it is a shallow sleep. Nonetheless, I am happy with that!The recommendation is to take two capsules daily. The supplement is contained in an amber-coloured glass jar, which can be easily recycled or upcycled.It is a premium quality supplement, evident from the ingredient`s purity and presentation. As mentioned above, I love and trust this brand and order joyfully from them each time. I will continue using the products for as long as I can!

Poor guidance on this,no additional instructions on the pack unless you can read in german as the printing on the bottle it is probably in german.So only for this reason I wouldn’t even try to take them before understanding how they are made,where,what’s the pile composition and how to take.They might be a great choice but how I’m gonna know that???Testing??

Passionflower is a gentle way to wind down and relax in readiness for sleep. The capsules are fairly easy to swallow and they work as well as other brands of passionflower I've tried. Attractively packaged and seems like a quality product.

KEEP THE BOX - THE ENGLISH LABELLING IS ONLY ON THE OUTER BOX.I have only taken one of these and they felt strong. Not long after I noticed I felt quite sleepy and a little nauseous. That said the calming effects were very quick. I would be cautious with this if generally your nervous system is not overloaded.DO YOUR RESEARCH. It's important to understand what you're taking and how it interacts with your system. These supplements are effective for a reason.I was slightly confused about the dosing here given this is a 10:1 extract. Does it mean the 10:1 extract is the equivalent of the mg mentioned, or, is mg OF the 10:1 extract. As they are profoundly different!I suspect it is the equivalent, but if it is not - and it's the actual mg of the extract, that's a big dose! Especially at 2 capsules. But if it's the equivalent, then from the research I have done (again, do your own carefully), then it's within what is considered usual dosing according to what I read on WebMD.A good supplement though. Ahhhhh. Just experienced another calming wave even when writing this review.Not many supplements hit this way. And it might not work for you, either!Five stars from me, though. Schon seit längerem tut die Passionsblume ihre Wohlfühldienste. Nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag oder zum einschlafen kann man auf die sanfte Umarmung der Passionsblume zählen! Dieses Produkt kommt sogar noch in Bio-Qualität daher! Zu empfehlen!
