The media could not be loaded.  When you set the timer stops' gets suck and if the timer did work it was to easy to predict who will get wet. It didn't matter because it didn't get through without stopping early. This toy worked way better when I was 6.

My kids were so excited to use with their friends for 4th of July weekend, and it was a huge disappointment. The timer only lasted about 5 seconds, and it didn’t pop the balloon! Do not waste your money on this!

Barely pops the balloon so water just leaks down. The timer broke after using it 3 times, more of a baseball then a balloon toy.

Timer only lasts a couple of seconds. Not enough time to toss it back and forth even a couple of times as a game.
