I gifted this to someone going through an extremely hard time. She absolutely loved it!!!

Bought this to give as a gift but when we received it, it was broken. The cover, is broken in half. I would like to get it replaced but unfortunately we need to give this gift right away. Hoping the seller consider more cushion-ny insert/protector inside. I think the fabric case is a nice touch but the styro foam case underneath the fabric surrounding the glass is too big. Resulting the glass to shake easily out of its place, probably why it came broken.

Really nice packaging, the spoon was not as secure as I would’ve like it to be but overall it was good.

I'm rating them a 3 because the mug itself and spoon are very pretty and no marks, a good size and this was a gift but just wished they would have better packaging then just the box it comes in that has no kind of cushioning and then it had a piece of saran wrap to keep the lid from coming off and it had no bubble wrap or popcorn around it just came inside a bag and sadly the lid was broken but keeping it since the rest is good. Probably won't order it again.
