The Calcium Magnesium Plus Zinc tablets are effective and easy to take (they might feel slightly large for some people). I appreciate the combination of nutrients for overall health. However, the only downside is that they could offer better value for the price. Still, they work well for my needs

Love this brand of Magnesium
Magnesium really help me and my fiancee with sleeping and leg cramps. This brand is my favourite. And as you can see the bottle is huge and will last us for half year as we don't use it every night and in summer even lesser.

Good date and seem to be good.
Seem to be helping, so seem to be what they say they are.Tablets are huge though and hard to swallow. Price has gone up alot since last bought! Will be looking elsewhere next time if not back to £7!

Top Tip - They Dissolve Easily In Water!
Feeding these to my pregnant partner, she had the genius idea of seeing if they dissolve in water because even halved she struggled to swallow them. They DID dissolve in water! Worth a try if you're gaggin'.
