12 Pieces Blending Stumps and Tortillions Set with 2 Pieces Sandpaper Pencil Sharpener for Student Sketch Drawing

I bought this product to use when drawing. I find them easy to use when blending or smoothing areas filled in with pencil. It produces a smoother finish and they are cleaner to use than fingers and there is no messy accidental transfer to rectify. The sandpaper cleaning tool is a good idea, although I have always used a sheet of sandpaper which works just as well, maybe better as the sandpaper provided here is pretty smooth. It is good to have different sizes of blending stumps and sandpaper together in one pack and not to have to search for each individually.

This little kit is a bargain and full of useful tools for colouring stamps or your colouring books. The stumps come in different sizes so you can get into small areas to blend. I also use them with Distress Oxides to transfer ink to smaller areas too. The sharpeners are quite sturdy and have several layers so they should last a while.

I recieved the order earlier than expected and they arrived in perfect condition. Really useful, little disappointed withe the sandpaper but apart from that the blenders work really well so overall very happy.

I have been doing pencil drawing since I was about 8 (and dinosaurs ruled the earth :-). However, I was tempted away for years by gouache and the air brush. There is a simple pleasure in pencil drawings and I can knock one out in a day (and a couple of glasses of Scotch :-). I used to blend with my finger, but that does not work for fine detail on hair etc. These "stumps" work very well and the sandpaper is certainly usefull for sharpening and cleaning the tips. Oh deep joy!

This was a really nice collection of good quality drawing utensils, especially for someone like myself who is new to this. The product was definitely good value for money & arrived very quickly after my order. 10/10.

Great variety of tools and as someone who is new to these I wonder why I havent always been using them.

Great for pastels, granite and lead but not so for coloured pencils which is what I bought them for. I'll resort to my traditional blending pencil.

The product works great and it definitely has all you need, the only downside I'd say is that it comes with a huge amount of plastic packaging for the amount of stuff you're getting. It's a good product though, I just felt guilty throwing away so much plastic.

Great for blending

Das Sandpapier habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert, aber ich kenne diese Art von früher und da hat es immer super funktioniert. Die Papierwischer sind sehr gut und liegen angenehm in der Hand. Man kann sie mit dem Sandpapier auch wieder "anspitzen". Ich bin zufrieden mit dem, was man für den Preis bekommt und ja, man könnte sich das mit dem Sandpapier auch selber basteln, aber so ist es auch gut.

These work great with chalk (which is why I purchased them). They are of good quality and a wide variety of sizes for different detailing, and with the sandpaper for sharpening, it is a complete set. These were a great price too.
