Q: I’m 5’7 125 lbs I want it to be baggy, I was wondering between a medium and large what would be the best choice.

My guess would be the size large for you. I got the large at 120 lbs to go over leggings and jeans and it's baggy but not too much.

Q: Do this sweater run big?

I think it's true to size. It is loose fitting, but not big. I am 5'2 and 145lbs, and got a medium. Perfect fit. Comfortable and not clingy or too loose.

Q: Can this sweater go in the dryer??

I put mine in the dryer, it doesn’t shrink but it does get a little fuzzy.
