Cute.Got this for dogs Halloween costume this year except I then missed Halloween so I thought he could wear it today (near the end of November), to instead mark the release of Spider-Man Homecoming. Dog seems comfortable and happy (despite looking miserable in photos, he just didn’t like posing for photos today) negatives are simply that a Jack Russell really doesn’t have the shape of head that supports hats/the hood that came with the costume. Also it would be so much better if the back wasn’t split. Many other dog clothes (and my dog owns loads) go on a dog like a T-Shirt so blatantly the back fastening the whole way down is unnecessary and does ruin the costume!

I would recommend buying a size smaller as the material is very stretchy! Good buy for a bit of fun!

Costume is great. Unfortunately, despite the outer packaging stating it was medium (which I'd ordered), it was a small. Wanted costume for a show and didn't have time to return it. Was very snug on the dog.This was disappointing, hence 3 star review.

Used it for a dog fancy dress party and he came first

I rarely ever write negative reviews... but I feel like I have to. I had bought this item then after seeing other reviews, tried to cancel the order. However, it didn't let me cancel it in time and since I had another package coming the next day, I didn't know which one was the unwanted item so I couldn't give it back to the delivery person. I figured since the outfit had arrived, I'd try it out and probably keep it - after all, it had already been paid for... maybe the other reviews were harsh? Nope.As other reviews have mentioned, the back has velcro to hold it in place but there are gaps which show the dog's body - this looks cheap and makes the Spider Man logo look split up. Moreover, the hat had no ear slots, as advertised, and so it kept falling off. The top of the clothing also had freyed bits of cotton and some of the seams near the velcro were a little freyed on the inside too. For something that is supposed to be brand new, it wasn't what I expected. The dog hated the material too. This juxtaposes massively with the Wonder Woman outfit I bought (also from Rubie's) which arrived at the same time - you should buy that one if you're gonna buy one since it is beautiful and far superior quality!Also, just for your information, the dog I tried the outfit on is a Jack Russell.
