Aukru 9V 2A Power Supply Charger Adapter only for Dymo Label Manager 160 Brother P-Touch H105 Abc Label Maker Printer

I needed to buy a label maker for use around the house, but mainly to label all the cables lying around.I bought a LabelPoint 250 on Ebay for £3. It was sold as 'Not Working'. I bought it on the off chance I could fix it. I opened the battery compartment and one of the batteries had leaked. They must have been in there for years as the expiry date on them was 2016.I cleaned up the battery compartment and tried some new batteries in the label maker and it worked perfectly first time. However, I know from past experience how many batteries these labels makers go through, so said I would buy a mains power supply.Dymo original power supplies are very expensive. I know it's important to use one with the correct output so I did a bit of research.Looking at the label maker and the markings at the power supply port, I knew I needed a 9v 2a power supply with a centre negative polarity. This is indicated by the minus connecting to the dot (pin) of the diagram and the plus pointing to the outside (barrel). Searching on Amazon and this power supply met those requirements. You can see matching logos on the power supply too (although this isn't pictured clearly on the listing).The size of the plug you require is obtained by measuring the width of the opening of the port and the width of the pin. 5.5mm x 2.1mm is listed for this item and that matches the opening on my label maker. So for only £10, I thought this will do the job. And it does!Finally I did a check with a multimeter and the voltage is well within range so this is a good purchase for my needs.

I needed a power supply for my Dymo Letratag label printer. This product seemed to be suitable and has proved to be suitable. Saves on batteries if you don't need the portability. Good product.

Bought this as a UK replacement for the usual annoying euro 2 pin adapter sent by Behringer with my Odyssey. This is perfectly rated and connector is a better fit than the Behringer PSU! 9V DC centre neg up to 2A. Perfect for this synth.

Pleasantly surprised at the build quality of this item, and works fine with DYMO LabelManager 160 (which was bought new in Aug 2020).

This didn’t fit my label printer. It was the right tip diameter and polarity but the tip length was too short, meaning that it fell out before the printer even finished turning on. Misleading advertising to say that this is compatible with the printer.

Works

Bought this specifically for the Dymo 160 label maker as it is advertised. While this charger does work, the metal pin however seems to be a little shorter than it should've been. A little bit of movement seems to turn the label maker off and you have to press the charger pin in for it to start again.
