Placed battery in the well-working phone. Phone turned off then battery charged. Instead of having a working phone after the battery fully charged and put back in it, after turning the phone back on you will get the "samsung galaxy note II, etc." sing on the screen then absolutely nothing. The phone froze and would not react to any button pressed on it. We noticed afterwards that whilst the original factory battery has a date on it, these ones (ordered 2) have no date on them. Not only that but we will have to pay for returning the item.

Excellent Samsung battery for my Galaxy Note 2 phone, now have a total of 6 of these batteries charged in the little Samsung charger as my wife and I both use these phones and go through batteries using the Internet etc we have always got a replacement battery charged up ready to use, highly recommended and I will probably buy some more no doubt

Battery did not work. Would not hold a charge. Phone only worked with battery when it was plugged into charger. Once disconnected from charger, phone stopped working. May not be genuine product, no manufacture date on battery label. Have received a quick full refund on my purchase from seller. Pleased with that. Please stop asking me to give a favourable review. Have done the best I can.

Lasted for 2 years non stop working until I bought an other phone

Came charged and still has 80% left two days after I received it. As a result I'm tempted to go back to my old Note 2 from my power-hungry S7.
