Good product just not suitable for what I need it for.
Very sturdy-looking product, the neck just isn't bendy enough for what I need it for. I bought it to fix to an easel so I can easily see the photo I'm doing a portrait from on my iPad. I need the iPad to be level with the canvas but it sits well forward of it and the neck is too stiff to bend into place. Also it isn't particularly stable in that it bounces a little when you type on it. That part would have been fine for me as I don't need to touch it much once set up but may not be helpful if a lot of typing is necessary. I think it would be good if you just want something to hold your device in place that won't let it droop and the neck doesn't need much bending or moving once set for your purposes

It's Good
I first had a plastic one, circa £20 and it snapped when I tightened it too much. This is completely different, super solid! I can recomended this to anyone needing something heavy duty. You might not be able to get it in the "exact" position you want but it's a small price to pay for something this reliable.

Really heavy duty
This product is my second. First one was another cheaper one. When ever I touch the screen an earthquake occurs. It was terrible and £14. But this heavy duty is really works out. I using it for my YouTube vids and really sturdy. It's not so flexible and easy to bend but I think this is good thing. When you arrange a position it stays where you put. Of course when you touch the screen it shakes a little but just for 2 seconds and very very little shake. You can't be bothered when you watching videos but if you shooting videos that could bother you just a little. So if you want something really sturdy and really do the job get this one without thinking. But if you rich enough to waste your £14 buy something cheaper. If you want something you can easily bend and change the angle while laying on your sofa, sorry but this not that product. This is really professional stuff. You bend in a position you need and use it without hesitating. Great for YouTube shoots, great turning your tablet to a second tv in your kitchen. By the way it cames with 3 different size head pieces suitable for both mobiles and tablets. I'm so happy with the mobile ones but I didn't tried with a tablet. So didn't know it's sturdy enough for a tablet. But I think this product is strong enough to carry a tablet.

GOOSE NECK? PENGUIN NECK MORE LIKE
I ordered this to use my iPad Pro 10.6" next to my iMac. All the cheaper plasticy ones had reviews about cracking and breaking so decided I'd pay quite a bit more for this one. It looked perfect, I could clamp it to the stand on my imac and have the iPad attached to it so if i move the imac, the iPad moves too. Nope. For one the clamp doesn't close enough to clamp the stand, this is kind of acceptable, but what isn't is that the flexible arm (I say flexible in the loosest possible sense), the arm does not bend as shown in in the photos. It CURVES, that's it. If you try and bend it, it just springs back to a CURVE. The photo of it curled round like a spiral is a joke. It just won't stop being a CURVE. I tried forcing it, it made loud snapping sounds and bits of dust puffed out. I didn't want to break it so stopped. I have got my ipad now next to my imac but it's not really in the position or side I want it. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I was expecting a product that bent like in the product photos, not a bloody CURVE.The CURVE also appears to be shorter that in the photos. There's no way you can make it go up straight, then bend down and back up. NO WAY. CURVE yes. Bend? NOI can't be arsed to send it back as I'll probably have to pay £5 for postage and it's a hassle. I'll just have to grin and bear that sad CURVE :-(

Had to return
I had to return this product as it wasn't suitable for the reason I had purchased it. It did feel very sturdy though and with the right use I think it would be a good solid product. I did find that it wasn't perhaps bendy or flexible enough but if just attached to a desk where the bend doesn't need to be too great I think this would be a great product and worth the money.

Good for Productivity
Very good product, I use my Ipad as a secondary screen - with a third-party app - to increase my workspace screen. It is perfect for that operation and I can adjust the Gooseneck to my desires. Though, whenever I try to use the touch screen and input things on the iPad it gets shacky, as soon as I release it returns to normal and does not change position.

Spent years looking for something like this
Finally, a gooseneck tableside clamp with a an ALL METAL construction. The base of these things always break because they're always made of plastic, but not this one! Wish the gooseneck was a tiny bit longer but oh well, good enough, and it's really really sturdy and stiff so can hold up even my Galaxy Tab S7+ with ease, no sagging or anything. Perfect product pretty much.

Good so far.
Good so far, it bends nicely with minor force may ammend the review if something happens to it. (It broke)
