Q: If I want to put this in my basement... what is the minimal ceiling height recommendation? I don’t want her to hit the ceiling

We recommend an 8ft high ceiling for all drills, except swinging skills which should have a taller ceiling height like 10 feet.

According to Tumbl Trak, this same 1.5 inch diameter, 4 foot long beechwood bar on another of their training bars is 125 pound weight limit. Hope this helps.

No. You need to buy it seperately.

Q: What is the weight limit?

It is 125 lbs., however my husband weighs 205 and the wood bar doesn't even give when he swings on it. My daughter weighs 135 lbs and she is on them every day. The bars are very well made and well worth the money. Hope this helps!
