Ankle Support Men Women - 2 Pack Plantar Fasciitis Socks - Ankle Brace Sleeve Ligament Damage, Sprained Ankle, Running

I am a runner and have suffered from plantar fasciitis for 18 months, tried various therapies (shock wave, steroid...), stretching, icing, rollering, orthotics, no running (!!) and done all that was possible to improve matters. The PF has been getting better gradually, and got to the stage where it was more of a discomfort than pain, and that's when I decided to try these. They are tight-ish, feel the same as strapping, and you wear the sock on the affected foot with your running sock over the top. I wear one, run in it then wash it in cold water and leave it to dry and as there are two in the pack I then use the other one the next time. As there are no toes, these are great to wear if you are in sandals or flip flops too as I wear them when I'm not running too. The result for me has been amazing - pain free running, and now even more than that, totally discomfort free as well enabling me to get back to training and enjoying it. The PF hasn't yet gone completely (sometimes reminds me its there during the day, but never when I'm running) but it has improved no end and I've got my life back! Should mention that I take out the sock liners in my running shoes (both shoes) and have replaced with Orthaheel orthotics, the full length sports ones with arch support. Combination of arch support, gel heel cup and then these socks has worked wonders.

Unfortunately I have developed plantar fasciitis (PF) in one foot which means I can't run. I bought the compression socks to give more support to the affected foot. I found the sock gave good firm support and was not too tight. An exercise sheet is supplied with the socks which is very useful. The only issue I had is I did find some discomfort across the top of my foot when wearing the sock. I thought this was due to the shoes I wear (sensible lace ups) putting more pressure across the top of my foot, but it has persisted even without the sock, so the discomfort must be more to do with how the PF is affecting my foot. Overall this is a good quality product at a good price. A lot easier than taping up ones foot.

I don't usually review but these socks are fantastic, I've really been in alot of pain with my foot. I looked in a big named pharmacy and these would have cost £32 😨 I was not buying them at this price, I looked on amazon and came across these so thought they were worth a try at a much lower price! Honestly they help with the pain and keep my foot feeling supported all day, I have cushioned trainers for work but as soon as I get home I stick these on and I'm no longer limping around the house in pain, I can exercise comfortably! I'm so pleased I bought these, fantastic service, fantastic price and prompt delivery. Thanks so much for making something so painful bearable again.

Really good quality.Quite small sizing, I’m a size 6 shoe so I purchased size 5-6.5 pair. Fitting is very narrow too, I wouldn’t recommend if you have wide feet.Sadly they do not fit my feet properly.

Just arrived and instantly has given my foot relief.I am currently suffering from plantar fasciitis, or tendinitis from over training for a marathon. These socks arrived an hour ago and have offered instant relief. I can put my whole foot flat on the floor and walk much easier than without.Obviously rest & additional treatment will be required, but i am a very happy customer.I bought a size small and i wear a UK size 5 - perfect amount of compression.

I got these socks after being diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. They fit and provide relief from my heel pain. As it turns out I have flat feet and I need personalised insoles to raise my arches but I have three weeks to wait for the insoles and in the meantime I am finding these help. They are slim fitting so even in shoes that are a bit tight they work well and provide relief.I will probably continue to use them even if I get the insoles for the occasions I want to wear a stylish shoe/boot for a night out.

I bought 4 pair's, I had bought other brands. I have a dropped right foot from bulging Disc's in my lumbar spine. Without the compression socks. My foot is aching and sore with the sock I have support. I am on a crutch as walking is impaired, Neither Doctor or physio know when or if, how long I will be like this.I'm walking in the early days of this I couldn't walk 5 months in now I am walking very slowly upto 1 míle. This time last year I walked 12 miles daily. Then my doctor said 5 miles daily, then I was down to be unable to walk.L4, L5, dísc removed 2009, today disc removed have regenerated /grown back now affecting L3, all disc's are bulged.

I bought the Plantar fascitis socks a couple of weeks ago and started wearing them straight away. I could barely put my right foot down when I first woke up due to the pain. Since wearing the socks the pain has subsided significantly and find it easier to walk as soon as I wake up.I have noticed the difference as not worn them for a few days so they're back on today. So happy I bought these. They were quite snug to begin with but fit perfectly now. Arrived when was stated and seller has followed up to see if everything is ok.

La recibí rápido, pero enseguida, y como llevo 2 años sufriendo una fastitis plantar con 2 infiltraciones en cada pie me las puse enseguida, al poco de ponerme las note una mejoría enorme prácticamente se había ido el dolor, hoy llevo todo el día trabajando con ellas y la verdad que no me duele es un alivio incluso parece como si mis pies descansarán , si sigue la cosa así supongo que la fastia se regenerara rápidamente. Por supuesto que pediré otro par de pares y los recomendaré a cada persona que tenga mi misma dolencia. Pedi la L mi pie es 43,44 y genial. Muchas gracias

Le sto indossando già da qualche settimana e devo dire che sono ottime. Non stringono tanto (comode) e fanno il loro dovere ... ridotto sensibilmente il dolore ai piedi dovuto alla fascite plantare. Consigliate!!!
