Tall Top Hat Bell Hat Halloween Fancy Dress Steampunk Victorian

So, I ordered the top hat in Black. Once it arrives, the only problem I noticed, was the rim of the hat a little squished by the box. A problem easily fixed however.Most people report that this hat is a little too small. For me, however, I found it a little too big as I'm quite short. This problem was easily fixed using a beanie.The top hat itself is lovely! The texture is very unique however. It definitely does strike me as cardboard, but wrapped around it, is a velvety black case. Very nice though!It is a little delicate, but no damage will come to it if you use it properly! ;)Overall, no real problems, I'd say I was happy with my purchase!

It is a great looking hat but was quite tight. Needed a bigger size ! My fault.. looks pukka for a Christmas Scrooge and carol singing. Decent looking quality,,, but I didn't risk getting it wet as it feels like cardboard inside.. good height tho.

if you find it too small then it's not the hat. u am Mr average in all ways sadly and I've had to buy hat spacers so it fits snug. love it though. very cool.

This is good quality for the price, so good I bought two more!

The quality of this hat is much higher than I expected, but the issue is that I have an 'average' sized head, but this hat was more than too small for me.
