NCAA Breakaway Lanyard with Key Ring

I bought this for my 9 year old nephew who loves the Oregon Ducks. It is for his ID badgehe has to wear at SWOYA (an after school program kind of like the YMCA). When I firstopened up the package I was confused as to why the velcro was sewed on the way it wasbecause it didn't lay right around my neck plus it has really sharp corners asrectangle velcro always does. I took my sewing shears and rounded them off. After all,children's necks are much more tender than adults so that helped. Then when I put thevelcro back together to try it on and see how pokey it would be I realized that they hadit velcroed wrong in the first place and now the lanyard layed flat and the edges of thevelcro didn't rub up against my neck.There has to be velcro because it is a "break away" in case one gets hung up on somethingthey won't choke to death. Altho, I think snaps would have been my first choice.He will love it, it is very nice, especially for the price! And this flat clip style willclip right onto his plaquard ID badge. I noticed the others here on ebay were a keychaintype and that wouldn't work.

This is a great quality lanyard, I work in the medical field and it's easy to wear, doesn't bother the back of my neck like other lanyards (although if the velcro on the top is "off" alignment a bit it can scratch), the break-away clip is plastic, so I'd imagine if you use that a lot it might wear or break, but used as a regular lanyard this feels like it'd last. After about a year of use, it's still stood up to time and none of the logos are worn peeling or faded. Great buy!

I've had this lanyard for three years now and it has not fallen apart yet. The lanyard is at a good length and I get a lot of compliments from people as I'm out and about from day to day. I have a tendency to lose my keys so sticking a lanyard on it is the best way to prevent me from losing my keys. I like how there's a snap buckle at the very end so you can take your keys off and hand them to people or drive your car. This lanyard does have velcro at the very back which I don't like, however it doesn't bother my neck. This lanyard does get dirty but it holds up very well! My only complaint is about the metal clip at the very end that you push into to load your keychain. My keys popped off one time and I noticed the metal clip was pushed back so far it was easy for my keys to come off. Nothing a little DIY fix won't help. Overall, fantastic lanyard that is both stylish and functional! I love it! GO LONGHORNS!!

When I got this lanyard for my son, he was pretty satisfied with it. He says the picture is not deceiving. The lanyard looks and works great. He uses it for keys, ID, a flash drive, and gym membership card and it is perfect. BUT, it is way too long. This is the type of lanyard that would fit someone 5' 10" or taller. If you are shorter than that, you won't like the size of the lanyard. Another thing wrong with it is that it connects with Velcro, instead of just being a big loop, so if you wear it, there is about an inch and a half poking out. We took part of the Velcro off and sewed it on the other side, so it does notpoke out. So overall this product is good, if there was a choice of 3.5, that is what I would rate the lanyard. But if you buyit, just be prepared to make a couple of adjustments.

Bought this for my daughter who has to wear a visible ID card and access badge at work. It’s a good length and the clip isn’t too thick, so it connects to the badge holder easily. On a different lanyard I bought her, the clip was so thick it couldn’t be clipped to the ID card holder w/o adding a key ring in middle. I’d definitely recommend these lanyards. GO TIGERS!
