I'd be honest and say the cards are not of the greatest quality - mainly for beginners and novices who are looking to get into magic, not for cardists or established magicians. The tin is very well decorated and has a great design. It contains two decks, one blue and one red, which are cellophane wrapped - no tuck case with the decks which is slightly annoying as it would be nice not to have to store them in the tin every time.The instructional content that came with it (code to login to the Carta Magic site) is good for beginner magicians to get started on their journey into magic. In my opinion this would be classed as better suited for children to put on their first card show as there are minimal/no sleights required. I am not sure why you would need them to glow in the dark and there is no mention of them in the leaflet or online, as far as I can see.
