Bought this bike on a Sunday, got shipped from Germany on Monday, arrived in Northern Ireland on Thursday afternoon by UPS. Super fast processing and delivery! This bike is great, my son received this as his 4th birthday present, he had the Chicco bullet balance bike before this but it was looking a little small. Plus this has a brake and a kick stand - just like a real big boy bike - which he will eventually ride, but he's just not ready for the pedalling thing. This bike is so sturdy though, and looks badass too! He's not sitting at the highest setting so he can use this for at least another year or two before moving on to a "real" bike, and then we will put it aside for his little brother to use when he's older. Absolutely loved by us all.. And for the price it's a steal. Honestly, this bike is worth so much more. If it was £100, I'd still buy it now that I've seen it in the flesh. AMAZING. We bought this bike for our son's 3rd birthday last May.We debated which size to buy and eventually decided o the 30.5 cm size. Our son is of average size and this was perfect. The seat and is adjustable so will grow with your child. It is a great colour and appears to be sturdy and well made. Our son absolutely loves his balance bike. It took him a couple of days to get used to it and then he was zooming along. After a few weeks he was keeping up with his older sisters on their peddle bikes. We were absolutely amazed at how he took to it and was even trying to do stunts on it! It was absolutely fantastic to watch. Everybody comments how brilliant it is when we are out. The only negative comment I have is regarding the stand. Our son kept banging his leg against it but it was quick and easy to remove the stand.The following Christmas we bought our son a peddle bike. After learning to balance using his balance bike he got on the peddle bike (without stabilisers) and rode it Immediately! He is now 4 and can ride his peddle bike perfectly. He still loves his balance bike however and will not part with it! He is now trying to do more stunts on it! I cannot recommend this balance bike highly enough. I would say it is one of the best purchases we have made for any of our children. I wish we had bought them for our girls at the same age, instead of going down the traditional route of stabilisers. If you are debating whether to buy a balance bike or a bike with stabilisers I would go with a balance bike every time. The bike star balance bike is a great balance bike, that looks cool and our son is very proud of it.

Bought the 12" and the 10" Bike Star (balance) bike for kids; 4 year old and 2 year old.Had concerns 4 year old may be too tall already, but the bike is big enough and with some extra height to raise also.Bikes are strong, good saddles and pretty easy and quick to construct.I was always unsure if better to get proper air filled tyres or synthetic. These bikes have broad, quite chunky air filled tyres. My kids go off track on them and no slipping; also more comfortable ride.Brake works pretty well considering; well made - can get lighter bikes but still very happy with these.The only slight issue was that my 4 y/o hit his heel on the bike stand a few times when starting which hurt; it stuck out a little bit - he doesnt do it any more. Bike stand is now a positive and they do it themselves.If you are wondering whether to get a cheaper bike or spend £10 pounds more on these - I would definately go for these (from my experience). Arrived in 3 days from Germany - still use the boxes as toys.

I've had a lot of impulse buys since having my child (i.e. wasted a load of money!) and wondered if this would be another. I'd considered wooden ones or Strider (too pricey for me), but had this one recommended by a friend. Our boy got his several months ago but was far too obsessed with his scooter to fancy a go. However, now it's flavour of the month and after just a few trips out round the block he's happy to coast along with his feet up :-) It arrived very quickly (before the estimated delivery window). The box was a bit damaged, but the bike wasn't. It was already part-assembled, so required less work than the instructions implied. Assembly was easy. The paintwork is excellent. He says "I like taking it over bumpy bits best and whizzing on the flat bits". It's now the favourite for parks and forest, thanks to the proper tyres. We're in a hilly area, so I especially wanted a brake on it, even though most balance bikes don't have/need them. This also means he's becoming confident at coasting downhill and coming to a controlled stop. Conclusion - it's fantastic!!

One of the simplest and soundest bikes I've ever built! German engineering at its finest!!Daughter loves it!

I bought this bike for my grandson. After looking at a couple of other learner bikes decided it was the best value for money.It only took a few minutes to but together and seems to be quite solid and well made.Beware - if give this as a boxed present and the child is desperate to use it, you will need 2 different sizes of allen keys to assemble it. They are not supplied with the bike !!note - grandson not used as yet.

I bought this bike for my son's third birthday. It was easy to assemble and he loved it as soon as he saw it. It's a quality bike that looks great, is sturdy, strong and of quality construction, but isn't too heavy for little ones to pick up. My son took a few weeks to really get the hang of it, but once we was away there was no stopping him. This bike has been on all terrains from road to grassland to beach and dense forest. This week (one and a half years later) my son tried out a pedal bike for the first time ever. I was flabbergasted as he got on it and just started riding. I have absolutely no doubt that this is a result of him mastering balance on his little green Bike Star bike. The bike is still in tip top condition and I'm about to respray it for my little girl who is desperate to inherit it (as long as it's purple).

La bici è ottima! I materiali sembrano resistenti e di buona qualità! Per mio figlio di 3 anni, alto 100 cm è perfetta, e non ha riscontrato problemi con la durezza del manubrio. Probabilmente basta montarla bene! Inoltre potrà essere utilizzata anche quando crescerà, girando il telaio! L'abbiamo scelta anche per la presenza del freno che il bimbo adesso usa poco, forse perché gli è un po' duro, ma basta regolarlo un po'. Soddisfattissimi!

Acquistata a Natale 2019 per un bambino di 3 anni e mezzo in sostituzione di una in legno. L'ha utilizzata con facilità e ancora oggi a quasi 6 anni pur essendo ormai piccolina la usa volentieri.Materiali ottimi e buona stabilità.
