LD Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for Canon CLI8C 0621B002 (Cyan)

The first ink cartridge we opened from a previous order in April, of the package of 3 Cyan (LD Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacements) worked well. However, the 2nd and 3rd ink cartridges had a problem with the ink cartridge chip not being read by the Canon Pro-100.We went ahead and ordered another package of 3 Cyan LD Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacements in hopes that this next batch would be okay.

The ink carts fit just as they were supposed to but didn't light up properly. I removed them and sent LD an email explaining my fear it would not work. The reply was that they were having a copyright problem and the printer would not recognize the chip in the cart but said it would still work properly. It seems to work ok but am still not sold on it. I don't print much but need to do more printing to make sure it works.

I am a long time user of LD products for inks and toners. I look for them specifically. The inks are reliable and perform very well, the toners are as good as the brand named ones. If there is ever a problem, you can expect great customer service and a real person to talk with. I use the inks and toners with HP, Canon, Oki, and Brother printers -- all worked very well. If in doubt give them a try. You will be happy you did.

I read the reviews and had to try these.. they are well made and do not leak or smear. However I print alot of pictures and CD and DVD labels. The cartridges work fine but for me the colors are off. I tried many color settings but nothing worked. I eventually threw them in the trash and installed the real thing!

Just received my CLI8C ink cartridge for my Canon IP4300 printer and am totally disappointed. First of all when unpacking it, cyan colored ink flew all over the place and my hand looks like I'm becoming a smurf! Secondly after cleaning up that mess and drying the outside of the new cartridge off I snapped it into my IP4300 printer expecting to see some type of indication that the cartridge had seated properly.......there is no indication at all, period! I did check my printer utility program and it indicated the a full cartridge was present and I printed a test page which looked OK as far as I could tell. I also called LD to complain about my experience to no avail. Looks like you do get what you pay for. These cheap cartridges are CRAP!!!

I have been using these LD products for about two years on my Canon Pro9000 Mk2 with excellent results. Truth is I have printed both canon inks and the LD product and I can tell no deference.It a great alternative to the very costly OEM cartridges.Note: If you are some overhyped analized equipment junkie and self proclaimed professional photographer who has to have color corrected bulbs in your work room and $2000 monitor please spend your money on the OEM product.As for us working Photographers this product is great.

This is the first time I have ordered this brand of cartridge, and my first use caused a great deal of damage. As soon as I took off the orange cap and turned it upside down to insert in the usual way in my Canon printer, the cartridge dripped two drops of Cyan ink (which never happened in years of use of genuine Canon cartridges) on to an expensive carpet. We immediately tried several stain removers to get the stain out, but were unsuccessful. So, saving a few bucks on ink just cost us several hundred dollars of carpet damage. This company should accept responsibility for such damage, but I would be surprised if they do. If they do, I would consider increasing my rating.

I had bought some very inexpensive ink refills done in China by an unnamed company. The blue and yellow inks wouldn't print, except for one or two sheets after running the "deep clean" cycle for unclogging nozzles. I didn't know it there was a problem with the printer or with the ink cartridges, so I bought the LD inks to try. At first, they didn't work either, but after several cycles of the "deep cleaning" the printer works just fine. This review would cover the Yellow cartridge too.
