Poor quality
I ordered this item on the basis of several positive reviews on Amazon.The item arrived with a crack in the side and the mechanism for the trays to open was poor quality. Inside the box was a packing slip boasting about the high quality of Beauty Boxes' products and assuring me that the product had been inspected and signed off prior to packing. In 2012.I decided to give Beauty Boxes the benefit of the doubt and returned this item as faulty. A replacement was sent out to me four or five days later - a little disappointing as I had previously specified next day delivery.The replacement was just as bad. One side wouldn't open at all. The overall build quality was poor. Considering the price paid I feel very disappointed. Will be trying another brand, or failing that a DIY box from a local big name hardware store,

Looks nice on the outside - but TERRIBLE quality on inside!
Very poor quality on the inside. Trays were not lined, as shown in the picture. Sharp chipped plastic edges, exposed instead which would have cut the child's fingers this was intended for. The lining on the inside of the lid did not cover to the edge on one side, which exposed sharp metal. The mechanism for folding out the trays was very noisy and clumsy. have since bought an alternative from Sally Express.com ( at half price ) which is much better. Very well lined and smooth unfolding action.I would not recommend the Beauty Boxes St Tropez at all.

Brilliant storage use this for all my nail polishes fits loads in. I also have the bigger one that I use for all my make up. These are really solid and stylish at the same time, they look professional so could also be used for beauty therapists.

Too flimsy
Got the case recently, however it has a few issues:The bracket holding up a side of the top level is not attached properly (too loose), therefore there are problems opening and closing 1 side of the case, which is really disappointing.The shelves are also a bit too flimsy, was expecting the insides to be more sturdy.

I bought this myself over Christmas to store all of the non-day-to-day make-up products. It's everything that is described, at a great price. Very pleased.
