Spectra Premium Breast Shield (Wide Neck) (Standard 24mm)

The other bottle doesn't always stay attached to the flange now after 2months of use and tends to loosen up during pumping. Otherwise it's decent and flange is true to size. I did prefer the Medela ones used with my Spectra S1.

Ladies, if you're not expressing enough milk, it could be because of the wrong size breast shields! My original Spectra included 28mm, I thought I don't have much milk, but then read that the breast shield size plays a big part in expressing, so looking at photos on how to choose breast shirlds, seemed like I needed a smaller one than the original 28mm, so I bought the 24mm from here, and I am so glad! With double pump I expressed both breasts with different shields, from 28mm I could only get 10ml, and from 24mm the whole 40ml at the same amount of time! Bought another shield right away! Can't recommend it enough!

I ordered the 24mm shield thinking the 28mm that came with the pump were too big for me. To be honest I don’t think it makes much of a difference. I still pump the same amount of milk as I would with the 28mm and it doesn’t really improve my comfort while using the pump.

I bought this to replace my Bella Baby Flange as it's 27mm and this is 24mm. It made pumping much more comfortable. Thanks to the questions someone wrote, I checked the size first of my nipple and areola and then took the white parts off the tube of the baby Bella and it connects nicely.

Great pump was a pleasure to use, would highly recommend.
