Carlson Tuffy Expandable Pet and Baby Gate, Pressure Mount

I purchased this more as a child gate that I can move easily from opening to opening when I have my Nephew around. I can absolutely do this and it works a treat. Loosen the "tightener" (I don't know the real name), Lift the pin and away you go to the next area. Contemplating getting a second one just to make things even easier but will see how we go with the 1 for now.Highly recommend as its so simple to use.It also has a small pet door so works great for my small dog.

Excellent, this is exactly what I had been looking for. When my front door is open, the gate sits in the space where the door would be, secure enough without having to tighten the optional expanding mechanism. This means that moving it becomes a simple matter of squeezing the outside edges together to remove and pulling out again when in position. I have a sturdy medium sized dog and it is an easy and secure deterrent to prevent him escaping outside.

This is a brilliant gate, truly easy to fix and totally portable to other rooms - which is just what I wanted (after buying two beforehand that could not be moved!) Great product at a great price. Really pleased.

Only getting three stars because it doesn't fit the space. This is a useful quick fix, but I wanted to use it on my stairs and had two problems. one was the skirting board that is very wide at that point, and the other is that this works on "notches", so you slide the gate along and it "clicks" into one of the notches - well, none of the notches were at the right distance apart for my stairs, so it just didn't fit. Shame, as otherwise it's fine and it's one of the few gates with a small pet door.

Keeps puppy safe from the front door, and visitors safe from nipped ankles! But seriously, this is a good idea for closing off wider areas. Easy to use and works very well.

Bought this gate to stop the dogs going up stairs but found it a pain to keep climbing over, as it is not really a gate, more of an extendable fence. Now use it when I'm out front with the door open, as my 3 collies like to watch what I'm doing but as 2 of them are under a year don't trust them not to leg it. It is serving as a good training tool to make them wait in the door way, so not a wasted buy. Quick delivery, easy to use and extends wider than your average child gate.

The gate isnt too tall for my cats to jump or me to step over while doing laundry, but tall enough to keep my corgi out of the cat litter. Until recently he could fit through the litte door to squeeze in, but he has grown to bit and his new harness helps to inhibit him from entering. After reading the instructions its simple to put up, and it comes with these screw in place holders for the gates feet, which you dont need unless you have a very rowdy dog. Its very sturdy without them.

Wish it had a swing open option but other then that its great. Easy to use but a swing open would be more convenient to avoid having to completely removing it to pass bu

La reja además de ser fácil de instalar y tener opciones dependiendo del ancho del paso donde se quiera poner, es sumamente firme una vez instalada al punto de que uno de mis perros la usa de apoyo para saltar cuando toma vuelo y no se mueve completamente.La puertita que tiene para el paso es cómoda para las razas pequeñas y no les tomo tiempo acostumbrarse a ella; las 4 gomas con las que cuenta sirven de manera excelente para afirmarse a las paredes quedando prácticamente inamovible teniendo su tornillo para fijarlo dependiendo de lo que se necesite apretar.

This is probably the best purchase I've made this year.The gate is easy to use, leaves walls in perfect condition.Easy to carry and change position.Perfect size for a large breed puppy.

I purchased this because I have a year old chocolate lab that just wants to eat cat food. I put this gate at the bathroom door so the dog could not get to the cat items and it works perfect. My fat cat just walks through the door and doesn't have to worry about trying to jump it and the dog cannot get through. Great construction easy to work, happy with my purchase.
