The media could not be loaded. I use these a lot in my art work. I find this size more useful than the bigger ones so I was pleased to find a pack of 4 at a bargain price. They really are excellent. They are nice and sturdy and well adhered to the handle. You get a really smooth finish when using them for applying paint and I find they are perfect for varnishing. They wash out easily in soapy water and last a decent amount of time. Obviously you need to use them with a medium that does wash out in water. I’m not sure how well they would work with gloss paint or how well they would stand up to cleaning in methylated spirits. You have to be very careful not to use them on a rough surface or they do tear. Having said all that I’m really pleased with these and wouldn’t hesitate to order them again.
