I know it was made to use for sore muscles i probably will use it for that at sometime, but I am also using in in my homemade bread proofing box to help my bread and rolls rise.

Don’t like the weight

This item is good to heat in the microwave to provide a heated relief for aches and pains, the only thing that doesnt allow it a solid 4 shares is that there is a smell of heated beads which i dont believe everyone can tolerate.
