The pizza paddle is well made and very good quality and attractive in appearance. The blade is a lot better than using a pizza wheel and again is good quality. Service and delivery was first class. However I have one tip for all you budding pizza makers out there. It can be a bit tricky to master, my first attempt was a mess and the second not much better, you have to keep shaking the peel to make sure the pizza doesn't stick and use cornmeal or semolina. I didn't like the texture of the cornmeal on the base of the pizza, so now I put grease proof paper over the peel put on the base, top it and slide it very easily on to the pizza stone. No mess or spillage on the stone and you don't get that what I thought was a horrid texture of cornmeal on the base.

Perfect for our home made pizzas. Lovely smooth wood, pretty board and the perfect size. The pizza knife is very effective, cutting the full diameter of the pizza simply. The blade washes well in the dishwasher - needs to be stored carefully but it is so good you will find a space. Bought this with Amazon Christmas voucher - great Christmas present for me!

I bought this pizza serving set as it seemed to be the cheapest way for me to get my hands on a pizza/bread peel.I dust the board with polenta and let bread dough rest on it before sliding it into the oven. It works very well for this purpose.The board itself is very robust and well made. It's heavy in the hand and has a feel of quality about it. It's also attractive enough to use to present pizza / cheese / cold meats at the table.The rounded blade is used for slicing pizzas without dragging the ingredients off the surface. I haven't used it yet but it looks like it should do the job well. The only issue with the blade is storage - it's very long and quite wide, so it's currently stowed in the side of a storage cupboard. It would have been better if it had a small hole punched into it so that it could be hung up.

Having studied different "peels" and the in's and outs et c.I decided to purchase this one. It is excellent value and very well made. I will never ever use a rotating pizza cutter again, the supplied one is much better and does not drag the toppings .Amazon is my first port of call to buy and read reviews about any thing i wish to buy etc .The item was delivered quickly and very well packaged . I visited 3 large and very famous stores in London and none had a "peel" as nice as this and certainly not for the price !there you go...... one happy customer who did his research and is happy to recommend this peel to everyone .

I brought this set for my husband as he is a big pizza fan and we have it regularly. This was for Xmas about 2 years ago. We still use both the knife and the board.The knife stayed sharp for a long time and with a little sharpening it stays extremely useful. The board has a lovely look to it and has stayed in great condition even though we use it for a chopping board almost everyday as well as for pizza every week.

I have six of these now as we have a pizza oven in the garden. All home made pizzas tend to be bigger than shop bought or less uniform in shape so these servers are the absolute best for these. They are quite large but we have had no problems with splitting and have used numerous times. If you have a big sink they are easy to clean but I have put them in the dishwasher too, although not sure if that is recommended and most of the time I try to sink wash.

It is a ok product. The first arrived broken so it is telling me that I have to be careful of not drop it because it will break easy

This item was delivered quickly and as soon as I unpacked it, I very quickly returned it.The board and blade seemed to be very poor quality, not even worth the cheap price.

La tabla es muy bonita y se ve de calidad. El corta pizzas pensé que iba a ser mejor. Me ha defraudado un poco, la verdad. Me esperaba más.

Das Brett und Messer vermittelen eine stabilen Eindruck, welcher bei der bisherigen Nutzung immer wieder aufs Neue bestätigt wurde.Wir haben bisher verschieden Flammkuchen und Pizzen damit geschnitten und egal wie dick der Boden oder Belag war, das Messer tat immer das wofür es gekauft wurde.Das Brett lässt sich am Griff gut tragen und die Reinigung im Anschluss ist total einfach.

Mit dem Wiegemesser lassen sich Pizzen super teilen.

Also ich habe es verschenkt, für Preis Leistung echt cool gemacht. Das Holzbrett passt super für die Pizzagröße nur das Messer wird auf dauer Stumpf und man muss dann schon mehr drücken. Aber ich find's cool und auch der Beschenkte mag es.
