Over the years my skin has become more and more sensitive to any build up on jewellery, and I started to find my fingers and wrist becoming red and irritated from my rings and Fitbit (metal strap). After establishing it wasn't an allergy, I've started soaking my rings (wedding, engagement, eternity, 18ct gold w/diamonds) in this for a few hours every month or so, and cleaning the back of my Fitbit with a peroxide soaked cotton bud. This gets rid of any build up of soap and day to day grime, and I've had no irritation since.
