Not worth the money
Arrived next day after ordering late at night.Product is really difficult to use, you need to place the letters in and look at it upside down then the fall out and twist and turn. It took me around 1 hour to get the letters in the correct order before I even knew if it worked or not. It broke taking the rubber stopper on and off then I ended up with tiny bits of wood in my fondant. It did give a nice effect and I did manage to make a few good biscuits however the "G" "&" "love heart" kept making holes in the fondant.Frustrating to use. It is broken now not worth £10.

A deffinate recommendation
I love this item! It even came with a cookie recipe if your not quite sure on the ingredients! It comes with a few of each letter which makes it easy to personalise with what ever saying you want! Great for any occasion! Definatly recommend!

Difficult and very fiddly to assemble
Initially this looks well made. Solid wood, sturdy looking plastic letters. The instructions for inserting the letters are woefully non existent and I had to fiddle for a frustratingly long, long time to get them in without falling out. A lot of expletives were used. Now I have the knack of it, I should be able to get it ready next time. The kids are also disappointed, as we were making cookies for Mothers Day, that the packaging didn't come with any basic guidance on using the stamp. After our letters that we'd stamped dispersed compeletely after baking, I googled it and found you're supposed to chill the cookie dough before stamping. Pretty bloody major point to miss out. So, thanks for that! Anyway, will be chilling the dough next time, so hopefully our next batch won't be such a stressful disaster...

Fiddly
Not hugely impressed but I only paid about £6 on a Black Friday deal. I would not pay full price. it comes in one of those annoying packs that you need scissors to open, and then there is no storage for all the tiny little letters. I've already lost two. And cleaning them is a nightmare. I also wouldn't recommend following the recipe they give as the cookies spread so the message doesn't come out very clear by the time they've been baked. A nice idea but be prepared to lose some letters along the way and use your own recipe.

Works well but compromised by wooden handle
Works great, easy to use though need a brush to clean out the middle of some of the letters after use. That in itself wouldn't merit losing one star but the problem that does cost it one star is that being wood the base breaks too easily along the grain so now instead of the base being circular it has lost both sides. Much as I love the more natural look and feel of the wood handle this is one of those items that from a functional point of view really might be better made in a hard plastic.

Me costó decidirme por haber leído opiniones negativas sobre este producto, sin embargo, me decidí por esta marca porque ya tengo otro de la misma (HOME MADE) el cual es muy bueno.Por suerte no me defraudó, funciona bien y es de buena calidad. Es un poco complicado poner las letras, pero nada imposible. Yo si lo recomiendo, siempre y cuando tengan experiencias trabajando diferentes tipos de masas de galleta.

buen acompra
El sello es bastante grande y no me ha costado nada introducir las letras en los agujeros. Lo que si hecho de menos es una cajita o un tipo de bolsita donde guardar las letras ya que una vez desenganchadas se pueden perder. Yo lo he probado con galletas de chocolate y no ha sido lo más afortunado ya que al tener trozos de chocolate no se estampaba bien....hay que probarlo más.

Super idée de cadeau pour fans de patisserie
Super idée, un peu délicat à poser mais le résultat en vaut la peine ! Très sympa pour des biscuits uniques. Livraison rapide, parfait !

Great idea but poorly made and not user friendly
I love the concept and after reading lots of reviews saying the product was not easy to use I decided to give it a punt anyway. I received it and I can completely agreed with the poor reviews. It is challenging to get the letters into the holder as the silicone is very fiddly and the letters easily move out of place. However if you have a skilled touch and get the hang of it, its pretty good. My biggest complaint with this item is that it is terrible quality. The silicone stamp was dirty when I opened the package. The package was sent with no invoice or paperwork and was packaged poorly. On first use of the item the handle fell out and is now broken (i will need to glue back in again). The wood on the face of the stamp is cracked.If you can be bothered to fiddle around for the end result and lower your expectations on the quality of the item then I recommend it, however if you are just a casual baker I would recommend a different product to customise your items!!

Fun and functional cookie stamp for creative types
I purchased this for my mom for Christmas. She has a food blog and is always looking for fun accessories and kitchen tools for her posts. This cookie stamp was PERFECT. It worked amazingly well and she absolutely loves it. The lack of some letters (like only one letter "Y") has been a small annoyance, but nothing major.
