Great Gaming Mouse, Great Service
My experience is nothing like the other reviews...Have had this mouse two years now and the reason why im writing this is because i saw the reviews whilst looking to replace this one (which i accidentally trod on). It's a really good mouse and have had many people say it was a nice mouse and a few people have bought them too.Really comfortable grip on the sides and i dont know what i would do without the volume and other two buttons mounted on the side for gaming and browsing the web.Be aware though that when i first bought it then i was having issues where it wouldnt work properly in-game, however this turned out to be the drivers on disc that are sent with the mouse, uninstall them and it works just fine.I did message the company saying i was having these issues and a senior manager actually rang me up to discuss it which was actually a very pleasant surprise to see a company that had cared for their customers. They said they would look into the issues and fix them though i never had any reason to want to re-install their drivers (the drivers may be why other reviews think the mouse is defective and they just dont know how to deal with technical problems) and yeah i have put in over 2000+ hours in games with this (also really good for watching films or music so you dont have to get up every five minutes).Would therefore highly recommend, Solid wireless gaming mouse with good DPI and very comfortable with a good amount of buttons,

If the Drivers were only updated...
Over all this was a good mouse. The Good:The DPI button was nice and it lit up with a different color for the varrying DPI settings. You could have 3 settings the 1st one being Green followed by blue than purple (slightly color blind but the book didn't say what they were. I found the size was slightly smaller than my last mouse but was still a nice palm type. It ran off of 2 AAA batteries with good connectivity to the USB transmitter (was never more than 3 feet from computer). The Rubberized grips were nice and soft while not being overly cushy. The Bad:Well it says it has "Onboard memory to save your modifications" but it does not. When the software that comes with the mouse is turned off the mouse goes back to default settings (Dpi and Button settings in the software). Now the part that killed it for me is that this is supposed to be a gaming mouse. In games with the Driver software on every time I would click the screen would spin and do a 180 or aim straight down. The Drivers have been out since launch but there are no new drivers. Games I found this problem on include Battlefield 3, Tribes Ascended "Beta", and The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim. The device was tested on 2 separate computers (Win 7 64 bit) with the software. Every time I turn the software off the problem would go away. Support was fast to respond for the first ticket but after testing on a separate computer I have not heard back. If they update the software it is a great mouse.I returned the mouse and will be getting a different brand.Edit: I heard back a few weeks later and they claimed they had an issue where they lost all of their emails. I told them they never got back to me and that I returned to mouse. They said nothing and it has been 3 weeks. I would guess they don't care about customer relations.

No customer service
I purchased this mouse to use for gaming and particularly for the World of Warcraft. I eagerly awaited its arrival and was unpleasantly surprised when the top 2 side buttons of the mouse weren't recognized by the game. I contacted Blizzard first to see if it was something I could fix through the game but after an hour with their technical support (which is the best by the way) I was told I would have to try and resolve the issue with Rude Gameware. This is why I am writing a bad review. Rude Gameware has no phone technical support that I could find on their website. I submitted several technical support tickets through their site and a week later have yet to get a response other than the auto-reply saying the message was received and we will get right back to you. So if you don't mind being left out to dry if anything goes wrong with this product, go ahead and buy at your own risk. Also, since the mouse wasn't compatable with the World of Warcraft, one of the oldest most popular games today... then what is it compatable with? Rude Gameware lives up to its name.

Dead after 4 months
i bought this mouse for gaming and after 4 month it would shut off on its own and turn back whenever it wants to, after trying to contact rudegameware about their product they said they'll send me a new one if i send in my broken one, so i sent in my broken one and took them a month to send me a new one, i dont know why it would take that long(i live in GA and they are located in FL) and after receiving the new mouse, it was still defective. Whenever i start the computer the mouse wouldnt start up at all and ill have to disconnect and reconnect it, instead of contacting them again and having to wait a month for a new one i decided to get a razor mouse instead, which works perfectly compared to the fierce gaming mouse.Pro:-dpi adjustable-button macros-nice designCons:-No customer phone contact service, its all done on email which is very inconvenient-fierce gaming mouse logo on mouse fades away after about 3-4 months-mouse will always be defective(judging from the 2 mouses i have)

not worth anything beyond a normal wireless mouse
This mouse is not compatible with MOST games beyond the normal 5 button mouse, so it is basically worthless.
