Good for hydration
very good for motivating extra fluids but for me no difference in milk supply.tastes of aniseed if you like that this will be fine, I used honey to dilute the taste.

I don't mind the flavour. It boosted my milk supply and I definitely recommend if you're struggling with milk supply.

it works!!
my milk supply suddenly dropped within 3 days, was starting to panic if I need to start looking into formula. tried this nursing tea on friend's recommendation, after drinking 2 cups of tea, can feel my supply went back up immediately! I've been drinking at least a cup a day now for the last few days and seems to be working well!

didn't help boost my milk
every one is different but it didn't help all to boost my milk, the taste is good and tea is always very relaxing. plus this got me to drink more. since it bought this as a milk booster and it didnt do the job i only gave 3 stars

I recieved damaged boxes. Plus too expensive. The product is ok. Others work better. It's overly priced here. I have noticed though that the price fluctuates and was double by the time I wanted to order again.

Good taste but expensive
With only 16 tea bags, its an expensive tea to keep ordering (so I won't be). I know thistle, fennel and fenugreek help with breast milk production but you can probably make your own tea or buy an alternative. Tastes good.
