Q: Has anyone figured out how to get this rug to not slip? Is there something I can buy to keep it from slipping?

I bought Alien tape its double face and it seems to hold it. Amazon has it.

Q: Can I use On carpet in dining room?

I would not recommend putting it on top of carpet as it is a pretty thick (but soft) rug. It also has a rubber backing that could potentially rub on the carpet you have in the dining room. Just my opinion.

Q: Says it's a US company, but not where the rugs are actually made. Does it say on the packaging?

I thought Olanly was a US company also......but the rug is made in China. I've searched all over to get one like it. I can't to seem to locate it any where else but made in China
