Gentle Relief!
Much cheaper than at our local chemist - with quick delivery too! I find Fybogel is gentle but effective. I take it regularly to aid 'digestion' by adding fibre to one’s diet. It normally takes up to 24 hours to be effective and I find it much better than senna or similar. I even quite like the taste!

Gentle cleanse
I was recommended this by a Doctor probably more than 15 to 20 years ago, I use it when needed which honestly is 3 to 6 months just good as a gentle detox or like me If you work and it fast passed sometimes you need on your time of a cleanse

they didn’t seem to work all that well for me personally, but i can definitely see this working for people with less severe back up. definitely worth giving a try before reach for the painful laxatives🤣

Doesn’t taste bad. Easy to carry on trips or in your purse or briefcase heading to office. I’ve skipping taking the product here and there but still saw results. Little pricy since individually wrapped. Give it a try!
