Rhodia Notepads
If you are one of the elite group of oddballs who prefer taking notes on squared paper, these are the pads for you, particularly at £1.20 a pop as they are just now. Nice quality paper and not too overbearing squares.

Great calligraphy paper
I use Rhodia pads for pointed pen calligraphy, mainly with sumi, walnut and iron gall inks. Liquid watercolours do not do so well on this paper wotb pointed pen, and it will bleed quite badly. The nibs rarely snag on the paper unless they are damaged. This paper is just translucent enough that I can see a guideline sheet through it. The same review goes for other Rhodia pads I have used, including the black version of this pad (the only difference is the colour of the cover) and the lined Rhodia pad

Great Value
I can't imagine why anyone would want square-ruled A4+. It's not graph paper. However, at this clearance price I love it. Fountain pen friendly, I simply ignore the ruling. I've ordered more. I prefer plain paper, but for some reason it's four times the price if not more.Even though it's only 80gsm paper, I can't see any ghosting on the reverse when I use a fountain pen.

Really high quality. Did not expect this.
I bought these so I could use them to keep running rugby scores during games (normal small notepads aren't long enough and you are having to turn over to the next page and so on; wanted it all on the same page.Had to buy 3 (wouldn't let me buy a single one) but I thought I would have spares. They arrived and I was more than pleasantly surprised. They look and feel very high quality. The cover is tough and protective and I will definitely buy more of them. They are superb. A real surprise for such a low cost.

Even better than the A6 size
Are these too small? Yes if you want to write a novel but if you are a tradesman who makes notes then perfect as it fits in any pocket.Being a flip cover i.e. up and over it is east to use the whole page.I use mine to list the things I need from the van to avoid having to return because I forgot something. Will be regular with me.

Amazingly smooth
First time buyer of a Rhodia notebook. Wanted something for practicing hand lettering and this was recommended almost everywhere. The paper is extremely smooth! I haven't started using it but a bit disappointed as the edges get wavy very quicky! At first I thought that is how I received it but then I got a replacement and after keeping it on my shelf it turned wavy within 15 minutes!! It's probably the humidity in the air but disappointed that it does as my other books or papers don't.Edit: I've used it now and the paper is really good. No bleed through even though it's quite thin! Impressed! I also realised the wavy edges seem to go back to normal after few days when kept in a less humid room.

The paper in this is so good. I use fountain pens and this paper is ...
The paper in this is so good. I use fountain pens and this paper is just sublime. I bought a Jinhao 159 pen from Amazon as a precursor to buying a Montblanc 149 just to see if the physical size of the pen is manageable. It it but as a Chinese copy of the 149 (and £3.65 as opposed to £680) it writes wetter than a beavers fanny. This paper can take it! No bleed through, not even any ghosting. I've binned my Moleskine notebook and ordered a Rhodia one with the same paper as this, it's so good. And with no bleed through, I might just save £680 and not buy a Montblanc 149 and spend the money on more paper and more writing!

Quite nice for a list-making fix!
Really nice notepads with a quirky folding design. Not particularly strudy, easily bent as it's basically glossy and softback. But still love the minimal design - essential for compulsive list-makers like myself, so didn't mind purchasing the required minimum of 3 ;)
