As a sufferer of chronic diarrhea (loose stools),I am almost certain it's responsible for improving my digestion and making my bowel movements more firm and satisfying. I take only 1 capsule once a day with my light breakfast (coffee and buttered toast).

After what seemed like a total upset of my digestive system, running to the loo all the time, I supplemented with probiotics, ate loads of prebiotic foods and after a small improvement, added these enzymes to just my main meal each day. Tummy now settled and all working as it should daily! I am lactose intolerant and the lactase element is not strong enough for me on its own, so I always take a lactase tablet if I am going to overdo the dairy anyway otherwise its straight through me. I researched the amount and type of enzymes that were deemed to be effective and these tick those boxes and so far that horrible bloated feeling I got after eating only a small amount has disappeared. Only take one with my main meal of the day and that seems sufficient.

This is expensive, but it works. I suffer from random bouts of acid indigestion, the kind that doesn't respond to over the counter antacids and takes weeks to clear. It's excruciating and leads to loss of sleep, stress and general misery. I got tired of feeling this way and decided to look into taking digestive supplements, did some research and whilst there doesn't seem to be one product that gives you all of the required ingredients in the right doses, this one seems to come the closest. I take it in conjunction with acidophilus capsules and the improvement is remarkable. I get bouts much less frequently and if I do get it, I simply take more tablets (not strictly supposed to do this, but I only usually take them twice a day anyway) and the symptoms go after a few days. I'd say there has definitely been an improvement. If you don't suffer as badly as I do, I suspect it would work even better for you.

These are miraculous! Too much food and alcohol? Just pop a few of these and it's like it never happened! Definitely recommend.

I'm sure this helps with my silent reflux - I'm sure my digestion is improved - I like that it doesn't contain HCL -

Great product, stopped indigestion and bloating after meals life is so much better. Worked where conventional medicines didn't.

I believe in taking digestive enzymes and proteolytic enzymes. Over the years, I have used several different digestive enzymes until I found Solgar Comfort Zone. Neither grocery stores, nor Amazon seem to keep a good stock amount. It is now no longer listed on the Solgar website! PLEASE, BRING IT BACK!! It works. When I take this brand … No flatulence. No gas. No bloated tummy. And, best value for my money.

ottimo prodotto per avere una pancia finalmente "silenziosa". Ha un odore e gusto di finocchio e anice appena messa la capsula in bocca ma poi una volta ingoiata non si sente più nulla e non ha retrogusto, per me è una fortuna perché non amo gli aromi di anice e finocchio. L'arrivo del prodotto è stata una lunga attesa perché la prima volta è arrivato il barattolo di vetro con il fondo rotto e le capsule fuoriuscite e in mezzo ai pezzi di vetro (non era stato imballato con il pluriball). Ho contattato il venditore che ha provveduto alla sostituzione del prodotto ( tre settimane di scambi di mail praticamente per seguire tutti i passaggi...). Ho provato diversi prodotti Solgar e devo dire che funzionano e mi piace il fatto che siano sempre perfettamente sigillati e con barattolo in vetro. Assolutamente lo consiglio a chi ha problemi di digestione o intestinali

He comprado varias veces estas enzimas digestivas y siempre me dan buen resultado. Debido a mi ortodoncia hay cosas que a veces no puedo comer bien y estas enzimas me ayudan a no tener digestiones pesadas.Recomendables al 100%

I have no gall bladder, but occasionally still enjoy fairly rich meals. In addition, I have severe reflux and lower GI issues due to nerve damage. So to ensure I have minimal GI distress, I take one of these digestive enzyme capsules right after eating, and it seems to minimize any ill effects of bloating, gas and/or nausea. I recommend these highly! I always keep them in my purse when dining out especially. Before I starting using these enzymes, I would have to lay down until my symptoms went away- the discomfort was very uncomfortable. I'm able to enjoy rich foods on occasion again!
