LOOKS GREAT! PERFECT SIZE!
Exactly what I wanted for my front fence! For some reason deliveries have been left on random stumps, on the ground in front if my gate, at the neighbor's house...Lol. Now I have a sign that is easy to see and easy to understand!

Works for me
Simple and I lay it flat on a plant stand that I use on my front porch and packages. It’s larger than I thought and cheaply made but it does the trick.

Spelled correctly
Very good price & as described. Drawback is that it is correct spelling & grammar so Amazon delivery drivers (not my usual ones) who can't read delivery instructions or property posted signs will continue to Force their way thru my clearly marked areas even with the added murder-scene KEEP OUT Tape as they won't be able to read this sign either.UPDATE For those curious. I was correct they were not able to read this sign either. Maybe they're legally blind which explains why they have to carry their own insurance so I should be more empathetic.

The packaging needs improved
The sign is nice but the packaging needs to be more sturdy as the sign is bent in the corner upon arrival. We will make it work however disappointing that is how it arrived
