Very uncomfortable,did not help at all,slips off head while asleep,i don't have big ears but the slots in the snore stopper for ears is very narrow causing real pain after a few hours.

If the snoring issue is through the mouth then this could work. It did not for me and can become really uncomfortable throughout the night

For me it works, yes. The adjustable tension has to be be right or you can get mild soreness on the jaw joint or at the back of either ear. But, on the whole, it is simple,inexpensive and effective. I use it constantly and am not inclined to stop doing that. There are other types of anti-snoring devices which I have not tried. I would suggest starting with something like this. If it isn't for you then go on to something more elaborate.

This item is an absolute con. It does nothing to reduce or stop snoring. I've been mugged.

Grossly overpriced for what you get - a neoprene chinstrap. I had high hopes, but this product does not work for me. It may work for you.Further, it slips off during the night and your chin gets hot and sweaty.Secondly, I paid £4 for shipping on an £8 product!
